I ordered a running shoes for my daughter 10 days ago. The shoes were in stock and were supposed to ship within 48 hours. I spoke to customer service tonight, and she casually informed me that the shoes have not yet shipped, refused to consider expediting shipment since my daughter has to leave to summer camp in three days, and simply couldn't care less. She even asked I call back in the morning to cancel. As if it is too difficult for her to do anything at all. I highly recommend you stay away from this site. I know I will. Andrew K.

Savings, yes -- Customer Service, not so much. Although the website showed the Catchers Mitt my daughter wanted was "in stock". When later checked for shipment progress, I discovered that the mitt was back ordered. When contacted on two occasions the less than interested Customer Service reps informed me that they had no idea when the item would be shipped. They really seemed not to care and could clearly do nothing to help. Order canceled and purchased (for less) somewhere else. Avoid unless you like delays and frustration.
