Never buy anything here! I ordered socks from this website but never received them after I disputed the transaction after one month! They never responded to my email. This is the worst shopping experience I have ever had!
I was so impressed with my experience ordering socks through Sock Broker that I've decided to do a review. I had never ordered from Sock Broker before but they had a certain kind of sock that I was looking for that wasn't outrageously priced and I could get a reasonable delivery date on (beat out Amazon). I was on the site trying to figure a few things out and ended up doing the live chat with customer service. They were prompt, responsive, informative and helped me with all of my questions. I placed my order and received email confirmations in a timely manner. And, received my order 4 days earlier that the committed date. The socks were exactly what I was expecting and what I ordered.
Of the three types of socks I ordered, all looked ok, except one package had a size 13 label placed over a size 9. Fortunately I had someone who wore a size 9 in home, so I could use them. The really bad thing was a sock, PT-288, billed as a wide calf men's 13-15. The calf was wide and the bottom looked wide but after they were washed the bottom was too tight to get on a size 13 foot. The knitting was shoddy and the toe ridge had to be twisted to keep it on top of the toes (it was knitted on the side). Because I paid $39.95 for these 6 socks and they were way too small I wanted to return them. When I checked the return policy I discovered that you could only return them if unopened, and then only for 50% of the purchase price plus a 5% restocking fee. If you buy any socks from these people, only open one and wash and dry it and be prepared to return the rest at your own expense for only half your money back. The poor quality on these expensive socks is so bad we can't even donate them to the local charity because we don't want a poor person to pay any amount for them and get home and find they are not wearable.
Bought a gift card that was never delivered to my Dad's email. Contacted them over 5-6 times via phone and email. Took the money & no responses to my voicemails. I am reporting them to BBB.
You purchased the card on the card on sat the 22nd of dec we are closed 23 through the 26 for the christmas holiday today is the 27th we are back and refund was issued for you. I am sorry we were unable to answer you emails during the holiday weekend. Thank you and happy new year.
Ordered socks, they took my money the same day; I never received product and my telephone calls were ignored. I am reporting them to the California State Attorney General's office, and to the BBB. There should be a rating system that says "CROOKS!"
If you go to their website you will find no address - they DO NOT want you to know where they are located. UPDATE: after I sent them a link to my complaint with the California State Attorney General's office they called me and advised me a full refund will be issued. My review remains negative: according to reviews here and elsewhere these people are well-known for not fulfilling orders. I still believe you should stay clear! Of them.
Note that the response below claiming that they called back the same day is LIE. Do not believe them. They did call me, DAYS later, after my multiple attempts to contact them and after I sent them a copy of my complaint to the attorney general.
Your money was refunded, you called us in the morning we called you back the same day. But by then you had already gone off. Once again we apologize for your frustrations.

Ordered three socks to try the brand. Were not delivered, no response to a voice mail. A computer response to my email that they would respond. They of course did not. I reported them to the BBB.
Refund was issued for your products, not sure what went wrong but a full refund has been issued.

This is fraud: Took money and delivered nothing. I am reporting to the consumer regulatory agencies and service bureau. Complete joke. Chat doesn't work, the telephone message is incomprehensible and the owner is a crook.

I had ordered from here before (a few years ago) but this time, placed order 6/8/18, they took money 6/11/18 received no socks. Contacted them on 6/21 and 6/28 and got no response. I ended up cancelling the transaction with my bank.
Received socks after posting prior review and contacting credit card. Glad they are legitimate seller after all. My father also likes the socks!

I do not believe that this is a legitimate business. I placed an order on May 9,2017 and paid for two-day shipping. It is now May 23,2017. I made several attempts (4 to be exact) to call during business hours and only received an old school answering machine to leave messages on. I only left a message on the first attempt to call. I wrote an email requesting the whereabout of my product on May 12th. No reply. I will be contacting my credit card company now.
I was on the SockBroker.com website just now as well and a chat window popped up. The sock broker person wrote, "Hi". Then, "Is that you?'
I replied with a "?" and then the individual signed off. That is really creepy if not unprofessional business practices to me.
Sounds like a business that is running if not operating some sketchy products instead.

Ordered one day, charged my card the next day, been weeks now and nothing. Won't answer emails, phone goes to voice mail and you can't leave a message. RIPPED OFF! Plain and simple.
I ordered QTY 4 packages of socks but they only sent QTY 3 packages. They charged me for all 4 packages. I considered this an honest mistake. But after 4 voicemails and 2 e-mails over a 2 week period, customer service did not respond. My credit card provider refunded the difference. But I will not do business with them again. I rated them 3 stars because the socks were of good quality. Unfortunately, customer service is not good.
Steve I really am sorry for any problems you had, we had a manager that is no longer with us and for a 4 month period while he was here we saw an uptick in complaints all issues have been resolved.

I ordered 12 pair of white small men's crew socks. The fit was great but the socks are fairly thin. I believe they were even thinner than the hanes socks that I have been buying which I quit buying them because they were so thin. Time will tell to see how well they last. Everything went well with the order so I give them 3 stars.
I have size 15 feet and these guy have the best selection and the best socks for big feet around. If you have big feet this place is for you
I ordered the black thigh high socks with stripes. I'm it 5'0" 32 26 45. To any woman with thick thighs (myself) or any full figured woman.don't bother. I gave them to my little sister lol
I ordered belts from them. One belt was wrong color and was returned to be replaced. They have never replaced the belt nor have given me credit for the purchased belt or returned the money paid for the belt. Several calls to them where they said that they would replace the belt but they never honored their word. Some people call this Theft.
