SPiN LA was an incredible experience for both our son and for us as parents! The training was very good, The interaction with the various Talent Agents was invaluable! Everyone involved in SPiN was dedicated to the performers learning and achieving as much as possible during the event. I highly recommend any performer to attend a SPiN event!

We sat in a large room packed full of people, Our turn came up for my kid to perform. My kid didn't put in very much effort compared to most. In my eyes, my kid shouldn't have advanced to the next round due to lack of effort. Later on that night, surprisingly my kid got accepted... I took her to the second Sunday audition but got there very early and observed 4 other families with kids go in and get the same scripted response. "wow, your so good!" try that again but give it a little more energy. Well, I've seen all I need to see, I'd like to work with you, you have been accepted yeaa! And the family walks out after paying $1000 USD after a discount. My Daughter was next and still didn't do very well, but she was instantly accepted and then I was asked to make a payment so she can advance to another round on Tuesday. Its not about talent, but about how much you pay them.

Was expecting to go in and audition for a certain show or commercial to end up getting told to pay them over 1k to help with my acting career… over 40 people came with their kids and waisted their morning…

Society Performers Academy is truly unique at selecting really talented kids, training them and pouring their heart into kids success.

We took training with Liz G for 6 months prior attending SPIN in Feb 2024.

Truthfully, we didn't know what to expect from SPiN other than a lot of training being done before auditions. Well, we got a lot more than training that's for sure. We made tons of friends, watched our son walk on a runaway, recorded him performing his monologue and commercial on stage and got several meaningful call backs while making lifetime memories.

To add to all of this my son has gotten so used to performing on stage that he won gold medal in kickboxing competition with large audience group and tremendous pressure to perform in the ring just a month after attending SPiN. It is no coincidence to go from bronze to gold in just one year so I attribute his success to everything he has learned with Society Performers Academy for the past 7 months.

My daughter has had the absolute pleasure of being a part of Society Performers Academy since 2019. Since she first started at the academy, she has taken countless classes with a number of incredible teachers in both acting and singing. And the owner Joe Lorenzo has been there every step of the way. There is no denying how important Society Performers Academy is to him. He familiarizes himself with the kids and parents on a personal level and responds to questions or concerns super quickly. More often than not he is responding to an email within hours of me sending it out. I have watched my daughter grow in confidence and abilities and she has developed an understanding of the business and all the work and dedication it requires to be successful. Joe Lorenzo and his staff do not promise instant stardom for these kids. Nor should they, as the entertainment industry is a tough business. But what they do provide is a safe atmosphere to develop their skills and grow to be as successful as possible.

January 2024 was special for us because our daughter finally got to attend Society Performers in nationals (SPiN). Five amazing days at the Millenium Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles among countless other children from all over the United States and even internationally. It was a melting pot of like-minded kids and young adults who shared similar interests and motivations. Our daughter trained and competed in front of several agents and received numerous callbacks. She performed in the Showcase event in front of a crowded ballroom. But more importantly, she made tons of new friends and gained more confidence than I could ever have imagined. She hasn't stopped talking about the event even a month later. It was an amazing experience for the entire family and the perfect vehicle for my daughter to move her young career forward.

Society Performers Academy is the real deal. And gives back as much as your child (and family) put in, and then some. Highly recommended.

It was truly professional and great from the very first moment. All from the rehersals and bootcamps, to parent-trainings and overview, auditions and call-backs, meeting agents, and not to forget the pep-rally and gala-night! This was the best week in daughters life. I definatly recomend Society Performers Academy and SPIN. Hopefully we will be back againg!:-)

We went to SPIN 2024 and we had such a memorable and fun experience. We learned so much through this process. Joe and his team did such an amazing job organizing and handling all the kids. They truly have an eye for talent, my daughter Kamille made so many new talented and beautiful friends. Everything was so organized and such an easy process. My daughter got multiple call backs and I couldn't be more grateful to have met some managers and agents who truly believe in her! Thank you Joe and to your team for doing such an amazing job. What Joe and his team got going on is truly amazing. Wish them more success in this industry and business. We love love spin and couldn't be more thankful for our experience.

Don't fall for this crap. It's a huge scam like a pyramid skin is set up to make you funneling money and you don't get nothing in return.
They go from city to city hotel to hotel.
Similar to a pyramid scam but even worse because they're scamming children.

When my daughter started her classes with Society Performers I was unsure of what to expect. This was all new territory to us but it turned out to be an excellent experience for me and my daughter Ariana. Society Performers are so clear and thorough in terms of their expectations, which makes it so much easier to follow along for someone new to the acting industry. They are always quick and efficient when it comes to responding to emails and helping out when needed! My daughter Ariana loved her classes and her coaches! She has learned so much and gained so much more confidence in such a short amount of time. She has gotten her first call back and we are so thankful to Society Performers and excited for her journey!

It was our first experience for us and I admit we were very skeptical. Then throughout this journey we had a really great team that answers all our questions instantly. I was very impressed by Joe he was responsiveness and made sure everything was on track. I know how overwhelming it has to be to manage many families with different time zone.I felt that we were in good hands. My son has a very fun time with his friends at each session. Thank you for the opportunity you gave to our children. As today my son as a call back and be soon auditioning for the agency and could be sign; fingerscrossed. So far it's an amazing news!

I will say that going into this, I was a bit uncertain with the value we would get for our money. We found Society Performers Academy through an IG ad that looked like an audition to get your kid on Network TV. Yes, it was an audition, but the audition is to determine whether your kid has what it takes to join their academy and train to become true performers. Our initial interface felt like we might be getting suckered into an MLM or timeshare scam, but IT WAS NOT. WE ARE SO GRATEFUL that we stuck it out with SPA. That experience only improved once meeting Joe Lorenzo. He is the owner and is so incredibly personable.

Our daughter participated in an initial course package that included acting classes and a showcase in front of 2 agents. Although she did not get signed at the time, she went on to take additional courses and prepare for SPA's Nationals conference (Society Performers In Nationals (SPiN)). Oh my goodness. As adults we have the exposure to grow our career by networking and attending conference workshops. This is similar to the experience we had at SPiN. After 3 days of intense training, fun modeling workshops, and a dance party. Our 6 year old auditioned in front of 32 agents and casting directors. Not only was she much more prepared, she was confident. She ended up getting 11 callbacks with these agencies. She really liked that she had the option to follow-up with interested agencies and pick one that she felt suited her interests and made her most comfortable. Without SPiN, I highly doubt she would've had this opportunity. Our daughter is now signed with one of the highest acclaimed agencies in Hollywood and is so excited to see what other opportunities are to come. THANK YOU JOE and the whole SPA Team. <3

My daughter absolutely loves acting and singing and dancing - I wasn't sure there was a need for an acting school just because she practiced all day everyday. But these classes were amazing and opened up a whole new understanding of what it takes to perform scripts effectively. We practiced a lot for each class, the teachers were all positive and encouraging and the parent class about the industry was well put together and helped us out a lot - we had so much to learn and appreciate the guidance of this great academy. Thank you sincerely!

Joe Lorenzo, and his staff are amazing. The kindest people, you could meet. So professional, and so courteous, and made it so everything was ran so wonderfully. An amazing week, and I hope to be back.

My experience thus far has been great.

The team is super responsive and readily avaialble to answer all and any questions one may have. The opportunity that they offer and exposure to the agents is a whole other world. These are opportunities that not all kids are getting. These are agents that come as they know Joe and know the quality of talent he has. Like in anything there are levels of growth and experience. Jana is still entry. However, since joining SPA I do see growth in her confidence to perform in front of 100+ people. The coaches are so loving and surprisingly soooo patient. They actually encourage the kids to become better.

Society Performers is truly everything a parent is wanting for their kid and more! Is your child into modeling, acting, singing, or dancing or all of them? They have professionals with LOADS of experience in all fields. And, the energy is SO positive! No egos, but that all starts with the Joe and his team. The camaraderie is what TOPS it all! The children make such good friends and when they are together through so much, memories begin that will be cherished forever! We just finished SPiN January 2023 and already were offered a contract from an agent not even 24 hours after we met the 32 agents!

My seven year old daughter Taylor had an amazing experience at Society Performers. The staff was so warm, helpful, and friendly. Joe is the best at what he does and has a lot of industry connections, he's the real deal! My daughter loved the classes and had so much fun. The photo shoot was great and she received 2 call backs already! All the way around this experience was amazing 10 out of 10!

SPA coaches and staff are bar none the best! The support and expertise always shared is truly appreciated!

I knew my daughter needed to do acting school. One day I filled out a form and ended up taking my daughter to an info session.

We got the script and she memorized. I wasn't "all in."

I remember thinking to myself, "Is this a hoax?" I called Joe Lorenzo myself and asked questions. He answered, respectfully. Everything he said was true.

I can tell you this experience was awesome for my daughter. The amount of time she put in was great. She learned so much. Most importantly, she learned a skill set that she will have and she can apply it in her day to day activities.

I've really, really loved working with Society Performers Academy. The staff is incredible, knowledgable, and really passionate about giving young performers the tools they need to have a strong start on their journeys in art and life. And of course the kids seem to have an absolutely amazing time with it. You can tell how eager and excited they are to be doing what they're doing. I think the program gives them a self-confidence, charisma, and poise that reach far beyond the arts and into real-life skills. I feel like these are attributes that will serve these kids really well both in their professional and social lives. And to be honest I think it's a valuable learning experience whether a young person wants to be an actor or not. This is just a great way to develop as a person in general, but of course it will be especially useful to young padawan actors and performers. And it's a lot of fun. I wish I had this program when I was a kid, and in the future my own children will definitely be enrolled as well. Highly recommended.
