I can't say enough about this site. I am addicted. It would be nice to know ahead of time which items may be charged duty, but it's never been cost-prohibitive, so I am not overly concerned by that. I have ordered phone cases, travel mugs, carry-all cases, blanket, pillows, notebooks, masks... I said I was addicted, right! Very happy with the quality, and the service of everything I've ordered so far.

My art print arrived damaged as the packaging was bent and torn. I emailed Society6 customer service about the issue and I received a replacement in the mail two days later. I appreciate the prompt service. The art prints are very high quality and reasonably priced.

Every time I have ever had an issue with my order (which has only been about 3 times over the years I have bought things from this site) customer support is very fast in responding and addressing the issue right away, they always offer replacement at no additional cost. This is by far my favorite print on demand service and the great customer support makes me want to continue to shop on this site.

Amazing customer service! I ordered 7 framed posters and one of the frames was different from the others and within 24hrs, someone wrote back not only confirming my refund for the incorrectly framed poster is on the way, but telling me to not worry about returning it and to keep or donate it!

I wanted to return an item, they made it so simple and replied within minutes. The best customer service representatives that I've ever dealt with.

I love their products and wanted to write a comment on their site stating my thorough satisfaction. However, every time I tried to submit a comment, it failed to appear. I contacted them and Cezil was very helpful in trying to determine the problem. He sent me very user-friendly, detailed things to try, such a clearing my cache, etc. After a few emails, he discovered the problem: I was trying to leave comments that were simply too long! Throughout it all, Cezil was so kind and patient and very knowledgeable.

I had a bit of a mishap occur with my order where the wrong items were sent to me and when it happened I was so worried because there was no customer service number to reach the company at, only a place to send them an email from the site! I was worried that my email would get lost amidst others as I wasn't sure how often this happens (it was my first time ordering) but they answered me within 48 hours of me sending the request for my order and got it fulfilled THE NEXT DAY. I was so happy with the speed of their service and everyone who helped me, Julia, John, just everyone... they were so kind, patient, and phenomenal. Great products, great customer service. I ordered some impressionist coffee mugs for my wife for Christmas. They arrived on time and looked great. For reasons unrelated to the product, she decided to return the mugs. The customer service team was very helpful and friendly and completed our transaction without any problems.

I received excellent customer service! Maria responded to my email right away and all questions were answered. It wasn't even necessary to return the items I had planned on returning! Not only does the company have beautiful products, they also have wonderful service!

I ordered some decorations from Society6 for my new house, then decided to go with different sizes/colors. I expected it to be a hassle to get my return approved & package everything up to send back, but in reality the process was a breeze! Because I wasn't 100% satisfied with the way the room turned out, they offered me a full refund & allowed me to keep the products I had ordered. Their customer service is truly amazing!

After receiving notification that my item, a cell phone cover shipped, after 1week the status said "it was in route" to shipping company. Customer service gives responses like " our suppliers are all over the world." 1 month delivery time is ridiculous. Don't use them, if you want your item in a reasonable time.

Their leggings are off the charts, unique and unbelievable fit. Their reps are a pleasure to work - one of my favorite sites - highly recommemd.

Beautiful fabrics. One of a kind art. I had ordered curtains and they were uneven. I contacted customer service and they sent me replacement curtains at no extra charge and allowed me to keep the curtains that I had. Will be ordering from them again!

At first, I had asked for a replacement of a blurry print with the blasé response of a customer service person literally not caring. I was past the 60 day return policy, however, I had felt bad before and didn't complain about the print quality because it wasn't "that bad", until I moved apartments and redecorated and just realized how awfully blurry the print was and wanting a clear one. Anyways, after sending another email, someone who actually cared followed up and refunded me fully, unable to send me a new one because the artists' resolution wasn't high enough. They should really check that before offering large prints in all photos. Anyways, now that I feel heard and helped by customer service, I would recommend them and recommend checking that your print is ok and if not, request a new one right away.

I was looking for an abstract piece of artwork for my salon. I decided to buy a canvas abstract by Bam Wilcox. The tiny picture in the computer didn't do it justice. It is a beautiful "zen" piece with soothing colors and well thought out by the artist. It took a while to get here, but it is definitely worth the wait and the money I spent for a canvas.

I hope I can actually get it autographed by the artist one day.

Love lisianthus: The print is in very good condition. The inside is soft and soft, so I think I can protect my laptop well. The print is pretty and cute.
Playful paisley: Black-bottomed paisley and subsidiary materials go well together. The inside is also soft, so I think I can keep my laptop well.

Everyone knows that not everything in life is perfect or goes as we plan, I ordered my octopus bath mat from Society6 and when I received it I noticed that there were some unusual looking stains on it, so I sent an email to this company and within a few hours I had received an email back stating that a new mat was on its way to being shipped to my home at no extra charge and they didn't even want the original mat back! This is amazing customer service and I can't wait to order something else from them!
