I was a little nervous about making a return at Society6, because I ordered the wrong size. But the customer service was great, friendly, and prompt. I was able to exchange the wrong size for a different shirt of the correct size. They were very flexible and even threw in a little bonus for me as a new customer.

After receiving my product and not being pleased with it, I emailed asking for a return label and they actually went above and beyond in helping me out! Their customer service replies quickly and they're just so nice! I will definitely be shopping here more!
I ordered a DEFECTIVE item from this website and after complaining I was told I would receive a new item. I have emailed the company THREE times already since them to assure the new item will not be defective and that it will arrive to me before the date I need it (It was a birthday present, for MAY 1ST 2015) I STILL have not heard from them, and no one answered any of my emails or concerns properly. They have no contact number and do not seem willing to help. STAY AWAY
I'm still having troubles with my order through Society6, but I have received excellent customer service from Jeffrey (sorry, I don't know his last name) throughout the process! I wish all of my experiences with customer service reps could go this well.

We received a defective item from Society 6, and after notifying them of such, they immediately contacted us, shipped out a replacement, and did not require a return of the broken item. They were efficient, prompt, polite and made sure we were satisfied! Oh, if only every company was run like Society 6!
This company is amazing. I live internationally and had ordered a present. Somehow the package went missing in transit. Society 6 are extremely prompt in dealing with any problems. They sent me a replacement and its winging its way to me now. Staff are an absolute pleasure to deal with. A marvellous company and I will certainly be a returning customer. They ROCK! Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I found Society6 randomly online while looking for cool/original T shirt designs. Look no further, they have some really cool stuff. I love Walking Dead and Star Wars and Society6 has a great crossover design of the two media greats. I had to have it. They printed it on a T shirt and sent it to me. When it got here I put it on and while totally awesome the print was a little off center, no problem, Michela from Society6 said "keep the shirt, we'll print you another one and send it no cost to you." The second one came and was slightly too small. ( I'm one of those people that's kind of right in the middle of XL and XXL so I'm kind of a nightmare to get shirts for) No problem, Michela said she'd exchange it for a larger size no cost to me. Then she told me I could keep the 2nd shirt too and they'd send me a larger size at no charge, WHO DOES THAT? THIS COMPANY ROCKS! I will be purchasing more T shirts from them now that I've found the right size 2XL. They really know how to take care of their customers and you don't find that with most venders. I ordered a tapestry from Society6 and when it arrived I was a little disappointed - it looked dirty. Through the "Contact Us" page I attached an image of some of the spots on the tapestry and asked to exchange the product.
Jeffrey promptly responded and let me know that those spots were actually part of the artist's image and showed me how to zoom in on the product page to confirm. But then he went above and beyond and offered to exchange it for a different item because I would not be satisfied with an exchange of this particular item.
Jeffrey's promptness and overall helpfulness were really refreshing. And now that I know to zoom in and take a closer look at any items I purchase online, I won't hesitate to purchase from Society6 again.
I had a problem with a frame arriving with some marks on it from sticky tape - Jeffrey was incredibly helpful and efficient and made the whole process seem so much less difficult than I originally anticipated! Thank you Jeffrey:-)

My package had been lost in transit, so after contacting the helpful staff at society 6 they have quickly and professionally sent out another order to replace my lost one. Staff are also incredibly polite and helpful, fantastic site to buy with, would highly recommend.
I ordered a case that looked gold and white in the image but was disappointed because it was actually more yellow than gold in person. Fortunately, the customer service was great when I contacted Society6 about exchanging the case for another. Not only were they quick to respond but they were also quick to process my refund for the original item!
