If I could give this company a thousand negative stars, I would. I ordered 100 "shares" from them spread out between five of my Instagram posts - 20 on each post. During the order process, before checkout, each post was marked with the number 20, clearly indicating what I had ordered.
Instead, I instantly received 100 shares on EACH of the five posts, which looked terribly inflated and obviously not natural at all.
I immediately contacted the company about this but received no response. In fact, I continued to try to reach them both via email and via the support form on their website, sending them multiple messages marked urgent, to no avail. I did not hear a word back until 12 days later - and only when I let them know I was going to report them for poor business practices!
Once I finally got a response from them, I requested that they either reduce the shares to what I had ordered or completely remove the shares and refund my money. They responded that they could not remove or reduce the shares.
Never did they apologize for their mistake or for not responding in a timely manner, and never did they offer to compensate me.
So, here I am, stuck with loads of unwanted shares on my posts, and there's nothing I can do about it. I would never ever use this dubious company ever again.
BEWARE. Do not purchase from this company, somehow they do a great job removing all reviews from all websites. I paid around $200USD for 12,000 Twitter Followers and did not recieve any, once I contacted they said because the 30 days has expired they can't give me a refund and also, get this - CANT provide the service by giving me the followers. Have you ever heard this before? They can't give the service they charged me for because it's been past 30 days. It's a complete scam, I added proof here, they told me "Best regards" and haven't heard from them since. They take your money, ignore you and once the time laps they say bye bye. No service, just stolen money. I'll be reporting this company to BBB and Canada Consumer Protection
