Everyone has written about the boards and the lack of freedom of speech, but if you read the articles, they are so unprofessionally written that you'd swear they were written by Junior High kids. The Days of Our Lives synopsis has a ton of apostrophes, brackets and other symbols so reading or attempting to read the daily synopsis is impossible. These creatures will never be real journalists. They barely would have what it takes to write for popsugar or hello giggles, two other ridiculously bad phony attempts at modern journalism. They need to go back to 6th grade creative writing classes to catch up because they are pathetic.

They accused me of creating multiple accounts then using them to bash other posters. I did do any of that and they refused to check further into it and temporally stopped me from posting. I am this close to calling the police because some somehow got a hold of my IP address through them and I have been told this is against the law. Soapcentral doesn't care enough to check it out they just suspended me from posting. I am also concerned that if whoever did this to me they did it once they will do it again.

This site's moderator roster is filled with a bunch of high school mean girls who never grew up. They target posters who do not kiss their butts for ridiculous infractions and ignore the abuse and harassment their friends make. First moderator PopsforBreakfast was a Nazi terror on heels and now she is succeeded by Moore Ideas. The others aren't any better but my experience with those two on that site has been hell. They're quick to delete threads for what it might lead to as opposed to what it actually was intended to be by the author and allow countless nonsensical threads to foster. They treat grown adults like little children and I'm surprised at how long this trash despot has lasted online.

Waste of time and a joke. This site does not respect the rights of its account holders, one of them being freedom of speech. You can follow all of their rules to a "t", but like the other posters have mentioned, God forbid you utter a negative word about a character "a fictional character mind you lol." and they will ban you. On top of that they will not allow you to remove your own profile. Ive been trying for over a year and have sent multiple messages adking them for their help and so far have never recieved a response. Unacceptable and ridiculously petty. I swear they have five year olds running that site.

I find the site itself to be excellent for source of informatin but I find the soap show forum area to be sadly disappointing. The moderators of this forum are heavy handed and tend to target individuals for behavior while other go unpunished. They delete threads without cause and only certain people are allowed to voice their opinions. They also repeatedly shut down threads whey they are negative to certain soap characters or actors while others are allowed to post all they want about other actors/characters.

I suggest that no one use this board and if they do, then be forwarned... they are running a dictatorship.

Every time I post something that I like or dislike and certain posters don't like it my post always get taken off while the posters continue to bash me and their post stay up? I email them about unfairness and they claim they short staffed BS. I report them for violations and nothing happens. I try and ignore the obsessive fictional fans but they keep coming at me. So I had enough and email the moderators today and said basically I'm sick and tired of their favortism and the owner need to fire them. Steffy fans is the worst they're rude and nasty but love to bash Brooke, Bill, Hope and the Logan's sisters. If you say anything bad about their Ove for Steffy you get crucified by the mods as the bad one.

What these other 13 reviewers should know is that their posts are being taken down for a reason. The moderator's job, which they volunteer to do for free, is to make sure that everything on the forum is on topic, respectful, and not spoiling a future episode. Also, remember that 12 people giving a bad review does not represent the experience that the nearly one million members on this site has had.

I myself didn't read the rules, and I was so confused and annoyed as to why my posts were being taken down. I eventually got banned because I kept reposting the same post, and instead of thinking to contact the moderators, I created a new account. However, that apparently is also against the rules, so my ban on my main account was extended.
I eventually emailed Moore, one of the moderators, and she informed me of the rules. A long story short, the moderators reduced the ban on my permanent account by a significant portion, and all was good. So, in conclusion, make sure to read the rules and understand that this is a private company that retains the right to manage it the way they see fit, and to ban those who don't follow them. If you are upset with a ban, just contact and ask the monitors, and they will most likely reduce your ban or remove it all-together. If you are confused as to why your posts are being taken down, after reading the rules again, just contact and ask the moderators and they'll explain why.

If anyone know Moore ideas real name, please leave it here. If not, it's ok. I will find it. I am sure. Or my friends. It is for legal purposes against her. I just remembered to save her photo. I was discriminated against in 2022, most recently. Happy to read a suit is going to be happening. Would that also get her real name, when Moore Ideas is sued? I will save her photo, and username just in case. Great to know i am not alone, with being a target, I feel, and discrimination is going on. I'm white, but it's by how she has treated me, I have proof of it. And proof others she has not banned, never. (They secretly reach me off site, so i am saving their words too over 1/2 of dozen to a dozen people.) I'm told by lawyers, yes that is enough to sue, so i am hoping to learn more on the lawsuit. And facebook pages. Dan J. Kroll i hear is the owner. I've reached him, so far no feedback yet, but i know the lawyer told me that will help me, if i sue.

The moderators in that site are crazy. I made a profile on there in Jan of this year and was banned last month. The moderator Liz accused me of making 5 different profiles! She claimed they were all from the same ip address and accused me being disruptive when I never broke any of the board rules. On top of that, She breached the security & privacy policy of the website by forwarding me emails from another user (the same one she thought I was impersonating). All because she is has an inferiority complex and control issues. I even offered to confirm my identity but then realized it's not worth the trouble. I emailed her and Dan Knoll-the owner of the site- multiple times with no response. It appears Dan Knoll doesnt like to take responsiblity of his reckless and belligerent employees. Please do NOT sign up for this site. They will violate your privacy and confidentiality. God only knows how many other people she has done this to. Beware of soapcentral.com, I wouldn't be surprised one bit if they mess with the wrong person and end up with a lawsuit on their hands!

I wrote 4 posts on the Days of Our Lives board. One was hijacked by a few posters. A couple of other posters commented that what they were posting had nothing to do with the topic. Nothing was done to get the thread back on topic by the mods. So I posted that I was new, and disappointed that it had been hijacked. I said I thought it was supposed to be moderated. I mentioned that maybe I'd go to another site and thanked everyone that actually did stay on topic, and that I enjoyed reading those ones.

Next thing I knew my account was deleted. No warnings or anything as mentioned in their infraction system. Nada. I think it's because I mentioned the moderation. Ok, well then give me a warning. But they deleted the account instead. That's facism at work.

I was a long time reader of the site. Many, many years. I thought of contacting Dan J Kroll at Twitter to see if he knows what goes on there. I haven't done so yet. After all he is the owner, so I guess he's ok with whatever the mods do. My username was PJ_Silver. I deleted all my bookmarks for the site. Will stick to Soap Opera digest for news. Currently checking out other boards.

I wrote nothing to insult moderators. Nothing. They said I should know better because I have been around so long. I think they are just jealous that I have followed this board longer than they have

Dan Kroll has been told [prior]he will be sued if he continue to allow such to take place on his board. So many left messages for him, by also Facebook. He has not done anything to cure the issue legally. He will be and or the mods sued finally this year. Everyone, if you experience the same, reach us asap. Facebook has a page up for Soap Central complaints, Soap Central are racist, violating also 1st amendment constitutional right of grown adults.

Always screenshot, and save each/everything on Soap Central message board. Lawyer said, it will help when you're filing a suit, and prosecuting Dan Kroll, and or his moderators, for racism, bias, discrimination and or in violation of first amendment. Soap Central employees are racist. Not all, but definitely a few, who will be sued finally, publicly exposed, and force by law, the names of the mods who are engaging public in racism and clearly violated one's freedom of speech. There are adults who post at the racist discriminative board. Yet, they treat grown women over there as if they are their mother. When you are being banned illegally and clearly unconstitutionally mistreated, it is time to take it into your own hands, legally and we are doing just that. If anyone has experienced, and we need to know ASAP, reach us asap
At email left, or leave a comment here. Our complaint and lawsuit against such will make a difference publicly. Dan J. Kroll has an onus, that is owed, and we will be again, attempting one more time to reach him, or he will be publicly sued, for damages, associated, while forced to answer, in such lawsuit complaint per racist moderator, violating one's constitutional right. IF ANYONE is experiencing analogous, reach us immediate.

This site is ridiculous. The owner is so in to being able to hobnob with the stars of the soap operas that he will not allow criticisms of the stories, shows, acting and storylines. The moderators including LizinCinci and others are trained rats who seem to think that healthy discussion or discussing something more profound is somehow wrong. They frequently delete your posts and then ban you for no other reason than offering your knowledge. The course of discussion is often times so borderline juvenile it's hard to actually keep your tongue without wanting to scream at them they're idiots. Which most of them are. Some do try to offer good discussion but are then shouted down by who'll I'll call "shut ins" who are living vicariously through these soap opera characters so much so they refuse to allow anything else outside of their very narrow view. And when you try to say something that doesn't comport with their wishes, they report you for being "mean". Dan J. Kroll does not man the boards and when you try to contact him, quite simply you can't. He's largely absent so one cannot tell him when you've been treated unfairly. And if you do manage to get in contact with him, he tells you nothing else other than "the mods are there, get in touch with them..." If you are contemplating signing up, don't. If you're easily frustrated you'll be even moreso with this group of dolts and babies. The mods are nothing but little Hitlers.
