“ECommerce Incompetence!”

Bought a Windows 95 Ugly Sweater from the Xbox Gear Store, which is specifically mentioned to be run by this company. This was a product I was incredibly excited over, as Microsoft had done limited runs of these to specific developers before, and finally sold to the general public. Apparently they decided to never notify me that it was shipped out, and didn't notify me about the failed attempted delivery, meaning the package ended up at a pickup point without my knowledge, where after a few weeks it was shipped to sender. After having to painfully dig this info out of their pathetic customer service, they steadfastly refused to help me out, claiming the package was "lost" despite tracking showing otherwise, because why go to the return box and fish out the order to fix your mistake and make a customer happy? They also constantly delayed on refunding me, which I had to force with a PayPal case. And in the end, I didn't want the money, I wanted the product! Absolutely disgraceful, this place DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS. I really hope Microsoft terminates their contract with them!
