They sent the wrong shoe in the wrong color. And had the audacity to blame the courier. Magically, the size was exact. So somehow, some way, the right size just happened to show up but a completely different shoe. Are these typical China crap fakes? I'm not sure. Other reviews lead me to believe so. Or are they seconds from an Adidas factory in China. I emailed and emailed and they basically advised against even trying to return them. Said it was likely they'd get held up by the government postal system. F*cking China. They don't play by the same copyright, good faith, ethical and humane standards we do in The States.

Agreed I too was scammed out of £60. Counterfeit fake awful quality shoes nothing even remotely close to what I ordered. No reply no refund.
DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE
This company is a straight up SCAM. The shoes that I recieved were not at all what I ordered and it was almost impossible to contact the company. They sent a reply a few weeks later that I couldn't recieve any refund or exchange, and it was in very broken English (even though the site claims they operate out of California). DO NOT ORDER FROM SNEAKER RETRO!
STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM SNEAKER RETRO, THEY ARE NOT BASED IN CALIFORNIA THEY ARE IN CHINA, THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER THAN WHEN YOU EMAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOUT YOUR PRODUCT AND WHERE IT IS THEY SEND YOU AUTOMATED EMAILS... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME PURCHASING BECAUSE THEY WILL TAKE TOUR MONEY THE SAME DAY AND NOT SEND THE PRODUCT, PHONE NUMBER LISTED FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AN INTERNATIONAL NUMBER AND YOU ONLY GET A BUSY SIGNAL, YOU NEVER GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE

Wrong size wrong colour, plastic very bad won't get refund! I m from France I m sooooo dissapointed they should be reported pfffff value 0 returns 0 refund 0 no quality!
