I had cancelled orders before shipping but still they were sent that to with missing items and wrong size. The return request was accepted quickly but the return has been an headache. Have to explain again and again to customer care the same story even after sending them all images in email. The pickup have been done finally but the status still shows pickup pending. I feel I lost my money on Snapdeal. Emailing them is of no use. Talking to customer care also no use as they have only selected replies as trained. And I don't use WhatsApp so can't say about that. Meesho is 1000 times better in deals and returns refund same day pickup same day refund right after pickup. My mistake I tried SnapDeal

Pls don't buy anything in bulk from SNAPDEAL bcz you faced any problem and want to return they will reject. I Ordered 6-7 products but I need to return all the products bcz of size fit issues and 1-2 cloth quality issues but after 5 returns they reject my next return request. Reason they are giving...that after 4-5 return you cannot return anything and it is our company policy. Who said we can not return all the products if we are not liking it. I have 1900rs product which I ordered first was loose than I replaced in smaller size now they are tight on me so I want return but they are not returning my product bcz of multiple return. What type of thug policy you have. If I am not liking it than I will return na why would take it zabardasti. No other company have this stupid policy than why you have and if you have than show me in written first.

Tip for consumers:
Pls don't buy from here. Bcz after 4-5 return they will not return anything and your money will stuck with those products which you are not liking it bcz of any reason

Snapdeal very bad company, I order 2 palazzos last month 04/04/2023,first delivery date 16/04/23,today 06/05/23 still not recevie, the past one month they change 4 time delivery time. 4 time I send complants through help centre, each time computer showing you get reply within 48 hours, but still I never get any mail from snapdeal, I will try many time contact through telphone, there is no optation. I am leaving aboard, so I suggest people who stay outside india never book snapdeal.

Payment was deducted twice for an order placed. After giving false assurances that the reversal will be done in 72/48/24 hours over a period of 10 days, the customer service team said that their payment server did not receive the credit so I need to raise a dispute with the bank where I have my account.

My question to them is - is this my fault?

Just because it is my money that is lost in transit between the bank and Snapdeal, I need to figure it out and battle on.

You have lost one more customer, Snapdeal.

And Delivered on 10 August 2020
It was incomple Delivery... actually earings was missing... I complaint and ask for refund But, the order was taken back by company but payment was not Refunded yet its 1August 2021... i. e 1 yaer approx...

Newly, I bought two pairs of formal shoes by ordering from Snapdeal which was on online payment. It also has a return policy on the items I bought. Called the customer care, i was very unsatisfied by their customer care representative who was dealing with me on the same. When I requested him to speak with a senior representative he denied by saying no senior is there. The representative had no manners to talk with any customers who are again and again requesting about the return. Anyhow I got my money from Snapdeal and also the refund policy is very poor...

Snapdeal chor company. Purchased earphone with online payment.we have not received product delivery. Snapdeal says product is delivered.No proof of delivery given, no courier person called such is Snapdeal bogus company. I vl request all people never to buy any product however cheap from this fraud company.

I order 2 nos of same model kemei trimmer in Snapdeal but igot only one. 1 week over still they is no response, for every 2 days they call and say we are enquiring. I ordered in Snapdeal as it is indian company instead why going to Amazon as it is foreign company. But Snapdeal proved about indian company is worst and go to foreign company. Hereafter I will never place order in Snapdeal.

My self Rakesh and I am the customer of snap Deal. I have not seen the useless service from Snapdeal till date.
While you wait for your delivery product. When you are not able to receive your product. Knowing the reason of why you did not get shocked. Snapdeal's delivery boy said that the customer refused to take his product. While the delivery boy did not reach the location. Takes permission from the customer to come only But it does not come.
Then customer care reschedule your product. You to wait for your product Once again, And the same thing happens to you again.
Snapdeal's customer care talks about Reschdule it again.
So you tell me someone is Cutiya bigger than me
Bull $#*! Service. Snapdeal is playing only for people's time. That means data not from customer delivery. I abandon Snapdeal from today.And I will give the same advice to people on social media.

Very bad experience shopping through snapdeal. Firstly they send incomplete product as mentioned in website secondly not given invoice bill, I unable to return the product without invoice number. Too harassed by sevice.
Recently I changed my contact number, but in snapdeal account I unable to change even my contact number.
I demand return wrong product which sent by snapdeal and refund me.
Tooo disappointed, NEVER shop again.

I have ordered shoes from snapdeal but I received used slipper of one leg when I requested for exchange the Snapdeal said I have raised request for exchange but when pickup is arranged this Snapdeal person by saying the statement the customer is not willing to exchange the product I amI am herewith attaching the photos of the item received please don't purchase from Snapdeal if you purchase it from Snapdeal your money will be lost please think before buying it

NO RESOLUTION PROVIDED TILL DATE FOR THE GRAVE INJUSTICE METED OUT TO ME BY SNAPDEAL. After one week i got the sheeds, and i have planted in the mud bed, same process which in mentioned ine the pack,

I ordered mi sts ******* power bank in gray colour but i received in blue and white colour power bank and its condition also not good.its quality not good.it is not original mi power bank.the box of power bank is also not mi company. I cant my phone twice charge. Power bank is ******* mah but its battery highly reduce in ones time mobile charge. I am highly disappointed. The below attached brush pens pack's original rate is Rs195 but you guys have marked Mrp for Rs700 and selling it for Rs443 and you are giving offer to us for Rs 256 how bastards you guys are!?
