REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE ARE DOCTORED! AS A CUSTOMER, I COULD NOT EVEN WRITE ONE! THERE ARE SOME ACTUAL REVIEWS ON TRUSTPILOT, BUT SMOOTHIEBOX IS WOKING HARD TO BURY THEM. CHECK THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON THEIR FB PAGE AS WELL.
After having this service over a year, I never realized the customer service was garbage. Why? Ive never really needed to contact customer service until the other day. Told them months ago I was unhappy with the service and wanted to cancel. They have so few flavors/options and we were sick of em. This service is expensive too, mind you. Never realized that request would be treated as optional. Found out a few days ago another box was being pushed through and called right away to cancel. Lady on the phone told me she could do NOTHING about it because the ONE person who handles things like this was in the hospital. She said, even if I was to return it they'd keep my money! I insisted she speak with the manager. Next day I get an email saying, surprise, were keeping your money and your stuck with product you dont want. They don't give two craps about their customers and Im just sorry I didnt find out sooner and didnt make the mistake of ordering a single box. Just kills me. The one time I asked for customer service in a year, they did absolutely NOTHING. No effort to make it right whatsoever. Basically F U. Straight up LIED saying the box was already sent. I checked and it wasnt. That was further confirmed by the fact I didnt get an email from them saying it was otw until a solid DAY after calling in! PURE GREED! This company will not survive. WHAT SORT OF POLICY IS IT EXACTLY THAT YOU ARE NOTIFIED OF A DELIVERY WHEN ITS TOO LATE TO STOP IT? WHAT IS THE POINT OF THE NOTIFICATION? Good luck resolving any grievances with them or heaven forbid, TRYING TO CANCEL! I HAD TO EXCLUSIVELY REQUEST MY CARD INFORMATION BE REMOVED!
