The stupidest product possible! - What I think? I was charged with $31 or $32-I do not remember exactly, I returned the product and I paid another $14 and when I talked with the customer service they told me that they will reimburse me only $14.99 the orIginal price of the product without the cost of shipping back and forth. The product is the worse scenario possible. You better take that commercial out from TV because you just want to extort money from people! SCAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

Very unresponsive - When I ordered this product (smoothaway) it was for a trial peroid only. Instead they charged my check card $31.28. They needed my acct. # for shipping only. I have called 4 times & no-one will return my calls. Anyone else have this kind of problem with this product? I'm not sure what to do with this. I have returned the product 2 weeks ago. Any ideas?
Hair removal - I was billed $25.93 for this product that they said was shipped december 27.2008 and have not recieved it yet and I tried calling and there is a message to call back later in the week. I have been calling for 3 days now. They are a bunch of scammers.
Very poor - I brought this at Boscovs the other day and it dose not work for anything try it and it was very poor. I was very unhappy with this product and would like a refund of $10.00 thank u. Shayne
