So far I love these wavetec vapes. I think I did get shorted 1 unit but I'm hoping the customer service department will make it right. Overall a really good deal! I was going to put 4 star just because of missing item but even with that they still deserve 5 stars since I'm pretty sure they will fix the mistake once they get my email.
My experience was great until the vape I ordered ran out in a half a day. I didn't even bother calling or e mailing because how does one prove a statement as such. I just resigned myself to not ordering from you guys again. I do realize these things do happen but on my 1st order? Not good. The vape shop I go to here always says to try em before leaving the store! Maybe that brand or batch was all inferior I don't know. Regards. Carl. C.

I was very impressed with all the products Smok City carries. Super happy they carried Pop disposable vapes. Not many smoke shops carry them. I used to order through another company but they had a shipping limit of $60 and Smok City let me order a minimum of $40 you. My order arrived sooner than expected. Very satisfied customer

I am thankful I'm able to purchase from my home away from home since moving here to NC. I was 8 minutes from the Philly bridge and would go to Phillips get vapes and go back home to Jersey. Jersey also Carry's bud vapes but smoke city has more flavors. I'll keep buying them as long as I'm living here I can't be without! I appreciate you guys and couldn't be happier with my past, present and future purchases with Smokecity!

I have always had a great experience with smok city. Items have always arrived quicker than expected. Unfortunately, I tried these new vapes and definitely should not have. I ordered 4 different flavors and probably won't use them. The only one that is decent is the one that I expected to like the least. But I have no negative feelings on smok city.

I ordered juul basic kit and menthol pods and it was excellent genuine juul and I got it just in couple days without paying for shipping. It's cheap, authenticated and arrives in couple days. Best place to get juul.
I went to the Smok CIty Chat room and asked to recommend any vapes with a harsh throat hit on every draw. The Smok City Chat recommend the: Bud Magnum as one and the Flair Ultra as another. I bought both of them and was anxious to try them when they arrived. I got them yesterday, unfortunately neither one was what I was looking for. I'm still looking for a vape with a harsh or strong throat hit on every draw. I used to vape the Omni 2000 which had what I like. Omni went out of business. I can't find them anymore. Any help with another Brand comparable to the Omni 2000? Thanks much!
