First time it was quite good, not too much but not bad at all. But correctly they started to scam. Take order but not delivering perfectly, sometimes they took charges but never done, there's no refill option left, you'll see on order information that there are refill date but when you place order you can't find a refill button nor an option. There's no live support, not contracts, each of every ticket you'll get an auto replay. And you need to ask everyday for support, there's no way to get out because you already added your money on that site :(
I'd never use this site anymore, Im just trying to use my money these are left on that site's balance. Each and everyday they increased price Sometimes they down price but increasing too much. I wish if I could write zero stars on them.
Some services work, however a lot of my orders that don't work and i complain about get marked as completed a few days after, i've lost lots of money due to these incomplete orders, they just scam you.
I have ordered one of their services for 240$. The order never went through and I have submitted endless tickets asking them to fix the order or to refund me. They always reply instantly apologizing for the inconvenience and promising to refund me. But, more than 4 days have passed, endless promises and they still keep my money hostage. Be aware!
They will always process your small order and the moment you paid anything more than Rs.500 then they will block your money and after many requests also you will never get your money back.
If you paid big amount then file Cyber Complaint against them to recover your money and teach them lesson.
Smmlite is scaming people now days... Don't add fund.The customer service is very bad. They steal your money, and never give you an honest answer. Order still inprogress from last 28 days. Still not completed/cancel. When i request them for cancel... they always said, we are cancelling for you but they don't cancel any order.
Brother is cheating with us, smmlite is the worst panel with panel, do not do any service to us, it doesn't work, and don't cancel the order, wait for 3 days, still the work on the order doesn't start no, no ticket response, worst panel smmlite bed services and bed response time

Fake Scam SMMLite.com not working, not refunded money
None of the services work inside of www.smmlite.com what a scam service, making excuses, nobody answering tickets and when answer is a burde excude.

SmmLite.com is the worst pannel for social media marketing and followers ever, worst experience ever for fake scam followers and no likes
They never refill your ordred, even if they say "we will do our best to refill it". I'm waiting for refill 14 days, and nothing happend!
Scammers, so be careful.
They are real scammers and they don't refund anything; me and 5 of my friends sued them by Canada Cyber Police and the Indian Cyber Police and filed the documents and transactions. Please sue them online in your country and the Indian Cyber Crime Police (google it); they have to refund +10x of the rest of the money in the panel because of the regulations here, the website owner and the hosting service have to close their servers after this suing by us from Canada.
They also tried to hack us by phishing in the ticketing section, see the images below.

Payment done but not updated- I have paid $ 16 on 30-08-2021 and shared the payment ID and transaction snapshot but neither SMMLite is updating my account nor replying to my tickets
After adding funds they suspended my profile! Thanks god I was using a prepaid cards!
I tried to contact them they Don't answer back!
Watch out this business fake they will take your credit card and use it and they will cancel your account so you can't contact them
Smmlite.com was not responding since the smm panel was 12 days and did not deliver the order. And no refund was made. I'm waiting now

J'ai vu les avis négatifs mais malgré cela j'ai décider de tenter par moi même pensant que les avis négatifs n'étais que les avis d'une minorité insastifaite comme souvent.
Malheureusement, je peux vous confirmer que les avis que vous lisez sont belle et bien justifier, le passage de commande est ok, mais votre commande va rester à l'état de pending, si vous faite appel au ticket ou service après vente, vous aurez une réponse rapide.
Vous informant qu'ils désolé du problème etc, je vous joint le message:
"Hello We Restarted your order you will see progress in 1-12hrs maximum. It will complete as soon as possible thank you and sorry for the delay"
Après quoi, vous ne verrez aucun résultat votre commande passera peut être au stade de completed, mais la commande ne sera JAMAIS effectuer.
Je vous invite donc tous à porté plainte au près de la DGGCRF ainsi qu'a la CNIL pour que ce charlantant est la sanction qu'il mérite, internet repose sur la confiance et des arnaqueurs ose la briser.
Je suis très remonter et je n'ai rarement vu t'elle mépris de la part d'un marchand, ne commander surtout pas dessus vous n'y gagnerez absolument rien.
