“TERRIBLE SERVICE”

Where do I begin?!? I have a recurring problem with my sunroof not responding since I took ownership of this vehicle. I've been to service FIVE times for this issue and still have no resolution. The latest update is I dropped it off early morning on the 6th of August and STILL DO NOT HAVE MY CAR BACK! I was told to pick it up on Thursday the 8th and when I picked it up, after being told it was fixed, it still was not repaired and looked untouched. At this point I requested a loaner car with no promise of getting my own car back. I received no update until Monday, August 12th and was told to pick up on Wednesday the 14th. I called on Tuesday to be sure I can pick up the following day and never received a call back from LIZ, the advisor handling my service. I called AGAIN on Wednesday and was told that she was off. I asked for her voicemail and was disconnected TWO TIMES. As of today, STILL NO PHONE CALL, STILL NO UPDATES, STILL NO RESOLUTION! This is beyond unacceptable for a sunroof issue to take more than 10 days to resolve. I just now called and was told the advisor LIZ is off again today. The rental company also just called to say my rental is now over-due! VERY HIGHLY UNSATISFIED WITH THIS DEALERSHIP AND THE HANDLING OF THEIR SERVICE CUSTOMERS!
