Smilyu

I waited fir 12 out of 15 days and heard nothing about my order. There was no tracking number so I couldn't see where it was in the process. Email support is responsive within 12 hours but it looks very unprofessional. No information on the bottom, just a message from a random computer. They said my refund would be processed today, but still no word on that. Customer support site lists an address in Texas, whose warehouse is in China (economically makes no sense) and whose phone number is from a New York cell tower. Don't use Smilyu even though the internet says it's a legit site. Even though it may be, it still has low user traffic on the site. That should tell you something.
