I ordered and paid for goods from this site for a birthday, which has now come and gone. Okay it will work for xmas- which is next week! I have emailed 3 times trying to get an ETA for my goods, but no response, I have asked for a refund, I need to get something else now- No response. If they can not be bothered to respond to a customer, there's nothing more to say.
