Excellent for higher end disposable & reusable party goods. Great customer service. This website will even answer your call when you phone, and right away. Very willing to accommodate the customer. They ship very fast, great prices and love to get pictures of your parties. They also send you Smarty candies with every order :D

June 17,2022 I placed my order. June 23,2022 I reached out by email to see the status of the order and was told " We temporarily placed your order on hold because some of the items listed below are back-ordered with estimated availability on 7/15/22." July 19,2022 I reached out again to follow up on my order and was told "I sent you an email previously as we temporarily placed your order on hold because some of the items listed below are back-ordered with estimated availability on 7/15/22." My response "You did and thank you so much for your quick response response but I was asking because it was after that 7/15 date and I was just seeing If items have come in because my event is coming up and if I have to order somewhere else I need to know that?" Response "We got an update that the availability was moved to 7/30. Would you consider to wait until nextweek?" I agreed to wait. Today is July 30th. If this company is open weekends I look forward to my order being shipped today. If it is not I will wait patiently until August 3,2022 then I will be forced to file a claim with my bank and report this to the BBB So others do not have to encounter what I have had to.

I have waited almost two weeks to get a reply from Smarty had a party and am wondering if they really are a legitimate company. I placed an order with them and have not heard back from them at all. Very poor customer service and relations. Will never purchase from them again.

I ordered a lot of stuff from smarthadaparty for my son's semi formal wedding. I have to say the stuff came very quickly (within a couple days). The quality was excellent and the prices were very good. Also I got responses almost immediately to my emails and when I called on the availability for 1 item they were great on the phone. The items I ordered included table cloths, cloth napkins, chair sashes, plastic cake plates and forks, paper napkins and a number of other items. I really liked their selection of plastic ware but we only used the plastic for the cake. I would definitely use them again. By the way the tablecloths and napkins were about half what the rental company was charging.
