Smart WP Fix

CAUTION!
WP Fix is HORRIFIC!
Hired them to speed up my WordPress site.
In trying to speed site, they corrupted the PHP login (which prevents you from logging in to your site)
Then offered to sell me a security product that would "stop hackers".
When I contacted them, minutes after they logged in to work on site... this is the reply I received. Trying to blame hackers or my hosting company.

They only got rude from there... then they deleted my account on their site to try to hide their tracks.

CAUTION!
This is the first time I have EVER left a bad review for any company.
Worse experience I have ever had in 30 years of hiring people to work on dozens of websites.

I hired them to fix the speed of my Wordpress website and Vivien helped me a great deal. She fixed my website in just a few hours and now the site is behaving live a fresh install. Superbly fast! I highly recommend their services. I plan to take a website care plan once my partner and I agree on the right package.

I was hoping I could fix a WP issue without STFP credentials. I paid for the service but was told it couldn't be done without it. I asked for a refund, and I was offered 100% credit or 50% cash. I was unhappy, so I posted a review that reflected my negative experience. After that, I received over 10 emails threatening my website and business. The senders were both an employee and a manager. My WP credentials were also used by someone to take my website down (i can see activity under my name when I wasn't online). Here are a few examples of the emails I received:

"You have five minutes to remove your Google review or I will destroy your business online and let everybody know how you do business with others. I can play the same game with your company. Report back when the review is removed and I will stop all actions."

"OK!

Get ready for the pain!

I will spend all day leaving bad reviews for your company.

It can all stop as soon as you remove yours."

"Here is another and there will be 100s more. You are wrong and the time I spent here IS NOT free."

"OK. You will get the SAME treatment.

Our refund policy was clear and you agreed to it when you made a purchase. I spent an hour here and that time is not free!

I have a massive agenda to kick in tons of negative SEO against your website over the next six months.

I do not recommend dealing with WP fix it.

I had a very difficult issue with my Facebook and Twitter login on my WordPress website. I reached out to the maker of the WordPress theme and they couldn't fix the issue. Then, I reached out to a WordPress tech support company and they couldn't fix it either.
