Got ripped off. I paid $316.00 2 months ago and nothing was delivered and now every way to contact them is shut down... Ugh. If the bank, FBI, etc. find these people I'll be right in the court house!

They take your money and do not ever deliver.
Rhesa and Joy then respond saying they will check for updates!
It must be a scam.
I am now going back through the bank to get my money back.

I originally paid $39 to hold an order for a Slim Tread treadmill. I cancelled that due to no longer wanting it and was refunded the $39 within a day or two. At this point I was okay with the service I had received.

I then received an email about a Slim Tread Lite that was cheaper so I ordererd one on April 9th 2018 for $297.00 which was charged to my account immediately.

After being patient and waiting for some sort of communication as to when I would receive my treadmill, I emailed them on May 14th 2018 to inquire as to where it was.
TWO DAYS later I received this

"Rhesa Fernandez (slimtread)
May 16,8:14 AM EDT

Hi Dale,
We sincerely apologize for the delayed response. We are going to check this with our Order Processing Department and will update you as soon as we have the info.

Rhesa"

After asking for a response AGAIN on May18th (4 days after my original request) I received this (now a WEEK later)

On May 22nd I then received this from the same Joy "Your order is set to be delivered now. A separate email will be sent to you with your tracking number within the next day or two.
Let us know if you have any other question."

With the lack of information given at that point, I cancelled the order and asked for a refund of my $297. Again on May 22nd I was told this from Joy again "Your account has now been refunded. This may take a few days before it will be shown.
Should you have any other question, please let us know."

So here I am WAITING AGAIN. I emailed on May 30th and was told that my account was refunded on May 22nd. It was not. When I asked for proof I was sent the original receipt from MARCH 21st (NOT MAY 22nd) for the $39 that was refunded from my first downpayment order.

I am now three more emails later on June 5th with no response from anyone.

Am I surprised? Not really.

I also looked at Amazon as they sell these on there and many people have complained about never receiving product after purchasing a treadmill from this place.

I will update this review if I ever get my money back. Even then I say STAY AWAY!

*UPDATE* Just after posting this I received an email stating that my money was refunded. Now three days later, no money. Still waiting.

10 days later - no refund and no response in 3 days.

** It is now June 25th. No response at all and a busy signal when calling there. I have given up and turned it over to my credit card company and they have had the same results. Fortunately I kept all my emails and proof and I have received a reimbursement from my credit card company. My final recommendation... DO NOT USE THIS SITE. **
