I liked the fact that the product is reasonably well constructed, and is not as expensive as some of the others on the market. Nice gift for this xmas.
From everything that I have read, this is a good product.
That said, I wanted to judge for myself how strong and how well it works so I ordered a sample.And It works fine, although its late but really great!
I thought that I wont received any of my orders anymore,, with the great people that assisted me to look after my orders ITS FINALLY HERE!
I ordered 3 of these. It took a while before I received my orders, I think that's 3 weeks. Maybe because I live in Hawaii. But to top it all, I received them and it's all in working condition.
Although its late, but as they say better late than never lol
Items were received as described on the pictures. I chose black and it was really cool! Now, they have different colors available! I'd like to buy 2 more for my friends! I'm so excited!

Thank God I received my Wheels! I have faced my doubts about this company and I was never wrong. They will deliver! Although I have received the product very late! Well, better be late than never. :) I am very happy that I have a ready gift for my son this Christmas. Nice people, but although they were unsure about what's happening, they'll still inform you that they are looking after it. So I gave them a chance. I have patiently waited because I know they will ship based from their responses. Problems with delivery with reassurances given equals HAPPY me! :)) )))

I made a payment online on the smartbalancewheelzz website on October 7th, 2015. I am Amazon Prime member and always order thru Amazon, But i did not want to wait. BIG MISTAKE...
I decide to look for a company that was based in the US. instead of waiting for it to come from China which would take 30 days and at a lower cost than the SBWZZ site.
The site read 2 to 7 days for delivery. So i did not mind paying more. Of course I checked out there page and it lets you register your information and it looks totally reputable and professional. Unfortunately There is no telephone to contact them big mistake!, only thru email and when they do respond its always 7 to 10 days later.
They were first out of California and then 2 weeks later They are out of Atlanta. This is when it started to sink in that i got screwed. Its all a scam. I lost $349.00 DO NOT BE NEXT. Stay away from this company and there website.
Update... its 51 days later and I was told my money would be returned in 5 to 7 days. Day 54 my account was credited my full payment from October. I am very Happy i did not lose my money, even though it took 54 days of no product and having to wait.
Do not use this website to order anything! I ordered a smart balance wheel from them almost a month ago and still never received my order. They swiped my credit card right away and took my payment. They stated on the website that orders are shipped within 2 business days after payment made. I keep contacting customer service and they email me back with false promises. They have even told me that they would give me a $20 credit for my patience but have not seen that either. As of last week I was told the order was shipped out and was promised delivery this week. They would not give me a tracking number. Today is Friday, the entire week has gone by and still have not received anything. I emailed them again and told them I want a full refund, but have not seen that either. I do not get responses to my emails in a timely manner and when I do receive a response it is full of excuses.
Nov. 19th update... Ordered a smart balance wheel on Oct. 19th. It was in stock. Website stated it would be shipped out within 2 days. After a month of feeling like I got scammed, unsure I would ever see my order and bad customer service, I finally received my order today!
