This seller is no good! On 1/30/10 I purchased 2 pair of Ugg boots. 2 weeks later I received 2 pair of fake Uggs and tried for over a month to get my money back. The sellers return emails are a bunch of BS and he/she never answers the questions directly. Paypal has been NO help at all. They told me they don't support online purchases that are outside of Ebay. I am still working with my credit card company to get my money back from Paypal.

Absolute scam! Received a pair of fake uggs that were wrong color and also had a broken zipper! Beware! Come to find out they ae not an approved vendor by ugggs to sell their product. Customer service is a joke. I feel like the person on the other end of the computer is a five year old. Don'tt try to return, they won't let you, they will respond in circles and frustrate the hell out of you. Take my advice, stay away!
Website claims to be California based, but Paypal payment went to China. Never received product. They gave me a bogus tracking number when I filed a complaint with paypal. The tracking number was a good number, but it was for someone else's product... delivered to and signed for by someone else. I believe this is a scam website out of China, made specifically to scam people at Christmas. What do you expect from Godless Communists.

I did get an item from them today. But it was the WRONG DVD set. I ordered the Gilmore Girls set and received the West Wing dvd set. I will NOT pay shipping back to China to return their mistakenly sent item, but will still be working with Paypal to get my money back. So it seems you may indeed get an item from them, but it will either be the WRONG item or Crap as the other reviewer said.
Just wanted to share my experience. Next time i do any online shopping it will be from reputable shopping websites. I placed an order with small market site on 02/11/10. Three days go by and i have no tracking information, no emails answered. I started to do some research on the website and came across quite a few complaint sites, including this one. I immediately contacted Paypal. Explained my situation and also advised them I came across quite a few complaints regarding fraud and fake merchandise from the seller. They filed a dispute for me and advised that they give the seller 10 days to reply with a tracking # or explaination. I advised Paypal that I have sent numerous emails to smallmarket.com requesting to cancel my order and refund my payment immediately, but they weren't responding. Paypal refunded my money by the 21st of February. NEVER AGAIN! BEWARE OF THIS WEBSITE!
Sent me a pair of FAKE Uggs in 12 days (not 5-7), shipped from China instead of California where they are supposed to be based. Do not buy from them.
DOES ANY ONE KNOW HOW TO GET A REFUND ON ITEMS FROM SMALLMARKETSITE.COM? CAN ANY ONE GIVE ME THEIR INFORMATION?
