I bought concert tickets through this website for a show next year and paid an extra $15 to have them sent to me via FedEx. I received them two days later and was EXTREMELY disappointed in the format. I expected to receive them as official tickets, printed out on card stock, but what I got was a piece of paper(like I could have printed at home) instead. I called the company and they said there was nothing they could do to help me because they purchase the tickets in a printable PDF form only. They do not have the tickets sent to them. The only reason I'm generously giving them 2 stars is because the guy on the other end of the phone was not a jerk about explaining the situation. I suggested to him that they alert their online customers to this ticketing format before finalizing purchases. I will be going straight to Ticketmaster next time.

Tip for consumers:
Understand that you will have to either print out your tickets at home, or pay to have the exact same thing sent to you.
