Their site says that they are based in the UK. I was like, "Ok, some of the wig install videos that are posted from the UK are pretty good. Let me see what their units are like." Once I ordered, using PayPal, I received a payment alert with a bunch of Chinese. I hurried to the site that said you have 12 hours to cancel your order or you can not be refunded. I canceled my order in 12 minutes. I got this response within 6 hours "Hi Friend, Why do you want to cancel your order. We make good wig. You will love it if you give chance. Thanks for understanding." I responded that I want my money back because their site advertises they are based in the UK but my order originated in China and I don't trust them to send me anything of quality. The next day I got a response that they are sorry but never I am outside of the 12 hour window, my order was being processed When I received the wig, it was a lunch lady net with doll hair tied to it! Stay away form these liars! They are horrible and you get what you pay for. Pay more for better quality.
