Sleeptight

Bought a SERTA memory foam in 2015 and within the first 6 month's it developed two terrible sags on left and right sides. We complained our backs were hurting and not comfortable anymore. The sleep tight store refused to do anything and lied to us. I payed over $4,000.00 and had the 10 year warranty what a joke the warranty is. So now it's a year and half bed getting worse. We measured the top mattress with a red string the Mattress Marshal sent and it was over 3/4" As we took the very heavy mattress off we noticed how cheap the frame was it was sagging. Then we stood the box springs up on end and you can see a terrible bow. So cheap frame and box springs on all these beds are there #1 problem. So now it's been 2 years we don't sleep on it Sleep tight store we will never buy another bed was told alot of box springs and frames are refurbished. They lie and say factory makes it before delivery that's not always true. SERTA does not want to hold up to the 10 year warranty. So at any store and sales person says oh Yea 10 years no problem they will replace. They will fight you to the end and it's a hassle to get anything replaced. Why did I pay for a 10 year warranty. The memory foam is hot, heavy, and weakens very quickly. It does pop right back up when you get out of bed but after the 2nd year when you get into bed in those spots where you lay the foam sinks very quickly and no more support under the areas of lower back and shoulders. I'm now reading thousands of complaints about sleep tight and SERTA Mattress beds. Do your research on all Temper Pedic, SERTA, Stearns & Foster's, Sealy. All under the same unbrella corp. The warranty is a joke on all of them. WHAT A BACK ACHE
