Skywithclass sent me a written confirmation for a trip that included first class seats between Houston and Newark. Instead they booked basic economy. Instead of correcting their mistake — if it was a mistake and not deliberate — they offered me a voucher worth a few dollars. I recently went through radiation treatments for cancer and will be in a lot of pain scrunched up in an economy seat, which is why I spent the extra money for first class. I am scheduled to lease tomorrow, and the flight no longer has first class seats. Even if they did, I cannot upgrade, because Skywithclass used Air Canada points to get the ticket. I had no idea they were using Air Canada points. I thought they were a legitimate travel agency.

It was extremely difficult to communicate with Travis
and Alex. They are lying all the time. First about the tickets. I bought tickets to fly with my 90 years old mother. The tickets which I got had 45 minutes layover time in Dallas! It was not possible to change the tickets thru the agency. They charged me for $50 tips for travel agent Travis, who is absolutely useless. I called to airline directly to make the changes in itinerary. Finally, The itinerary has been canceled by airline in February. I didn't get the refund until I called directly to airline. The airline agency confirmed that refund wasn't requested by agency.
My recommendation is to save your time and money just stay away from this agency.

I made the mistake of booking with SkyWithClass. Little did I know that after the reservation, I would be overcharged and then I had to rectify it with multiple emails and credit card reviews. I thought that I had completed the transaction. Then, when I was reviewing my credit card statement, I discovered that SkyWithClass had overcharged me by $75. Then I had to request an explanation. I was told that the airline, not SkyWithClass, had added the $75 charge.
I insisted on paying the amount that I had been quoted, and on a refund.
After multiple emails, I was refunded $73.92--$1.55 short of the full amount. Then I had to email them again to find out—Where was the remaining balance of $1.55? Then, they refunded the full amount.
Why was I not advised of the so-called airline overcharge?
Was SkyWithClass hoping that I would not have noticed the $75 overcharge?
Why did SkyWithClass make the refund with a shortfall of $1.55?
Was SkyWithClass hoping that I wouldn't recognize the shortfall of $1.55 refund?
Why did I have to make 6 follow-up emails and then check my credit card 4 times?
So, when you make a reservation with SkyWithClass, get ready to FollowUpForever. Or you could just make a $75 donation to their shareholders…
I have recommended Skywithclass to my friends before and will in the future. This luxury travel agency is worth every last cent.
