I'm not going to lie, I and my siblings as well as their various spouses are all enamored with Skylanders. Its so much fun getting the special edition Skylanders and the gameplay is very cute. I highly recommend skylanders for both children and adults.
The game was first a fun, new gaming platform unlike any other (besides Disney Infinity) until nearly every year they came out with a 'newer better version' which funny enough costs you more and more money plus you have to pay for 'newer, better' figures. Overall I think its fun for like a month but unless you pay for more figs or the newest version of the game I DON'T RECOMMEND it.
