Maybe I shouldn't be writing this review because this is an auction site and and I could be creating more competition for my bids. We have used this site 8 or 10 times and been very happy with the deals and the way we're accepted at the hotels and resorts. The single time we couldn't make arrangements for the dates we wanted our money was quickly refunded. We recently had a terrible experience with TravelZoo and we will never use them again.
