I love these guys! They are so easy to work with. I ordered a custom ring from them which takes 4-6 weeks depending on the time you order you ring. Well the whole process was such a breeze. If you have any questions regarding your order they are very quick to answer your email. They are in New Zealand so sometimes it does take awhile because of the time difference. It was always easy for me to email them around 1pm EST. When I received the ring it was the awesome. The work on it was unbelieveable. I did make a mistake though and ordered the wrong size! =/ I emailed Mark and he assured me that he can resize the ring for me. I sent it and now I am just awaiting for the ring to return to me. In conclusion, this site and the people are great! Their the best!
