I have so many issues raised as tickets in the app and have few transaction i am tracking from 15-20days and it has got cancelled.
Its pure $#*!.
Please do not fall for the rates they are providing. This was the only app which has made me realize the importance of customer support and question credibility of rating, reviews etc. The attached snapshots show that they have responded. The app shows the ticket was closed. Without any resolution

I have recently been scammed on skrill money transfer for $1000 CAD. I was guaranteed money transfer in 1 day. It's been over 10 day's, they are neither sending my money and also refuse to return my money. They are just excusing that there is delay. I asked them to return my money at which point they said your money is already send but later excused that there is delay in transfer and please wait.
Finally, until now they are telling me there is delay in sending money to Pakistan, but on there website it still says money transferred to reach Pakistan within 1 day.
Why are they fooling more people?
