I would dare say I have purchased at least 8 diamonds, Gold, and designer handbags. In my first order I was nervous for the product to arrive, making sure I was not duped. When it arrived, as they had said the day etc, I was very pleased. I still had doubts, so purchased a diamond tested, and all looked good. Took to big Diamond store to have mounting and they were just another confidence booster in my decision.
it was via email, and just had couple questions on first purchase. how I would get details on shipping, when it would ship etc. but everything went as told and every purchase, I know what to expect and they are quite fast.
Found it by luck, while looking into a real-estate auction site for a house that was down the road from my house.
Auctiontime is great. The only bad experiences I've had bidding on Auctiontime was when the wi-fi goes out which is not their fault. Some of the sellers though need to learn how to use a tape measure when they take photos or put measurements in the description. If there is a gate or even just a piece of wood or post, you can't tell from the picture how long it is.
There was certainly once, and I really believe twice, Equipment facts showed on my screen "YOU WON' then auctioneer awarded lot to someone else. I realize this was auctioneer fault, but he should honor EQ representative.
Auction time does a great job. Items are clearly described with many pictures and bidding is quite easy and works well. Five stars because I don't think you need to improve anything. Thank you

Our quilting group makes quilts for veterans. We donate our time, talent and all the materials to make full size quilts to honor those who have served our country. We decided to try auctioning one of our quilts to raise funds for our work.
Caroline and Jo'Ann were so easy to work with in helping set our auction up. Regardless of the outcome of the auction, working with these two super helpful ladies was everything customer service should be. A person always answers the phone and quickly solves the problem and makes sure the solution has worked before moving on.

I will do my first snipe with them tomorrow but have had an incredible experience with the customer support. I've been on the phone with Mike for 1 hour and 7 minutes while he answered all my questions, explained to me the inner workings of their servers, the latency (only 200ms +-) and redundancy they have in place. He also explained to me how ebay works and the auction system as well as their statistics when it comes to different buffer times and win percentages. Absolutely incredible.

Got ring but one of the jewels on the rings side fell off. Will return because I was so disappointed

Great with everything in one place! I also think that the magazine has some really good content. I would like to know more about the different auction houses and which one would be best if I want to sell things, for example which ones are experts in that field and their location,
