I have used Skinn products for years and usually purchase from ShopHQ. I wanted to purchase specific products rather than kits so I went to skinn.com. When my order arrived I was missing an item and there was another item in the box I didn't order. I sent an email to customer service and waited 3 days for a response - still waiting. I then tried to call right when customer service opened and they didn't answer. When I called back there was a recording that I needed to leave a message and someone would get back to me within 24 hours. That seems unlikely as they are only open Monday through Friday and I called on a Friday. I am truly disappointed in the customer service of this site and will not order from them again.
