I was on the phone with their customer service due to a defective product. The customer service agent was very rude and left incredibly long pauses, deliberately, to aggravate me. During this transaction I looked up the company and found that evidence suggests that the Growth Factors in these products may be linked to cancer. Because of the data, this brand is cannot be purchased in the EU.
Thanks for the quick and fine service. Products were delivered right on time and there wasn't even a single point that I found to complain about.
Very effective skin care products has been developed by the SkinMedica. They have solution for every skin problem. Their all the Skin care products are developed using the advanced science. So, it's really safe to use on the skin. Makes the skin super healthy. Worth the money products.
I really liked all the products I have used (facial cleanser and tinted spf) the texture and smell is great. The only problem is the price, I know a few brands with lower cost and the same great effect.

I'm thrilled to have HA5, this very lightweight gel-like serum, to add to my SkinMedica regimen. The HA5 just gives the most perfect lightweight yet plumping skin smoothing look to my skin (no silicone feeling at all BTW). It's just so good for my skin. Perfect addition for anyone's regimen. It feels like nothing is on my skin. I add HA5 right after washing my face AM & PM. It's simply amazing how smooth my skin becomes. Happy my skin is looking so good! Love this product. PS: It's a no breakout type of product. It's mild and like a water-weight gel which sinks in very fast. I love a new product that improves my skin so fast :)
