I ordered H20 body lotion for my daughter for christmas - never received the item though my paypal was charged immediately. I have called the phone number *******515 so many times I cannot count and I leave a message never to receive a return call. I have sent many email and no reponse. I plan to follow up on this any and every way possible to avoid other people from getting ripped off as well. It is terrible that a company can operate this way as a front to steal money.

DO NOT ORDER FROM skincareland.com - THIS SITE IS CLEARLY A SCAM. I placed an order for about $80 worth of product and never received it though Paypal confirmed my payment. I have sent e-mails and left voicemails repeatedly over the past 6 months and never heard back from them.
I placed an order on 05/27/2011 and have yet to receive it. Ive attempted to contact them numerous times but, Ive never received a response. I wish I had research this company further prior to placing an order. Lesson learned.
I have emailed this website numerous times, I have called *******515 several times, and to no avail I have never recieved a call back or ever got a reply to my emails. I do feel bad for the people that placed orders and never recieved the items they purchased. I just had a really strong feeling that something was not right. I was ready to place an order for some fitness wear and I changed my mind. They carry a certain brand of fitness clothing I love, and they have a huge selection, which you would think is great! But some of the styles are older, and I know for a fact that this certain brand will discontinue some styles and make way for newer ones, & they have different color palettes for their clothing as well. It just seemed to good to be true. I will never visit this website again...
On 10/25/10 I ordered $100 worth of product. It's now 11/7/10 and I've heard nothing, they won't respond to my email or phone messages.
I only wish I'd found the review above prior to my order.
BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS SITE
Do Not Purchase from Skin Care Land - On March 3,2009 I placed an order for Philosophy with Skin Care Land in Phoenix, AZ, *******515. I have not received my Philosophy. I have made numerous attempts to contact Skin Care Land. However, no one ever answers the telephone, they do not return phone calls, nor do they respond to emails.
I do a lot of online ordering with my busy schedule. I have never experienced such poor business practices. Luckily, it was a small order compared to alot of my on-line purchases. I will probably never see the money or the products I ordered.
