I tried to remove an old review and this site will not let you correct or change or delete it? What good are you if changes can not be made to give the real truth about some business. So now it is time for sitejabber's review. 1 star I also noticed that since I did not upload a photo of myself, Sitejabber added a photo of a female instead, what was that all about? Try fixing your problems with this site!
But there seems to be a lot of fake reviews here too. And the support doesn't seem to care much for cleaning it up.:(
(Tried reporting some obvious fake ratings. And just as on Trustpilot, I never got any reply)
Great site for reviews, but just try to log out or sign out. There might be a click somewhere, but it is very well hidden.

Why do I write a review and it doesn't show. I did the profile to 100% and still nothing. Why make this so hard
Hi Chris, thank you for expressing your concern. Reviews are typically published within 48 hours, but some may undergo additional review, which can extend the process to up to 10 days.
One of the possible triggers for this delay is when a review comes from a brand-new account. This is due to a prevalence of bot accounts popping up for the sole purpose of leaving false reviews, whether positive or negative. Well yes it is good you take reviews about website to hold a point of view but your reviews are mostly related to online shopping rather then experience.

How cool is it to review your review site. I like the site but doesn't have enough users. My other complaint is the "Review" object; whenever I type in here my cursor jumps all over. Not sure why, but I have to type a review in another ap and paste into Sitejabber.
Aside from that whine, I like that I can review everything here. Sometimes you run across something so awful, or so good, but have no way of leaving feedback. SiteJabber solves the problem.
UPDATE - 2 Weeks Later - The staff at SiteJabber reached out to me to learn more about "that whine." In fact, they did more than just fake-commensurate with me, their IT department downloaded Grammerly, witnessed the same bizarre cursor behavior, and fixed it! That, my friends, is what class and quality companies do. For not other reason, I'll keep posting here because SiteJabber is Right F'ing On!

First off I generally support this site and believe the concept is good of getting feedback about other sites. However, I am concerned about the process to verify reviews are legit.
I have read many "positive" reviews about sites that I know about, that just are the complete opposite of what I know to be true. My only conclusion is that the reviewers must be "planted" to bolster the sites reputation. I am not sure how Sitejabber verifies these people are true customers with honest reviews, but I am confident many of the reviews are fake.

If you do, they will display your real name to everyone else at sitejabber in your profile's url, and there's no way to change that other than completely getting rid of your account and starting anew on a new Google account that you didn't put your real name on. You can change your nickname, but your real name will still show in the url.

I'm confused not because the site is messy but because not all reviews goes "live" even when you received notification emails that it did. They just appear in your profile page but nowhere else.
There are a few things I'm puzzled about or find bad:
- sometimes negative reviews doesn't get published
- there are spam "reviews" that doesn't say anything about the site or business
- there are post that seems to want to start a fight (just my opinion)
Other than these, Sitejabber is a good site to look for alternatives opinions about a business/website. I hope they stay true and not turn to another "review-advertising" site. There are enough scams out there already!

We place equal value on both positive and negative honest reviews. Sitejabber uses a Review Filter and algorithm that attempts to display only authentic content for buyers by screening certain reviews. You can learn more at https://www.sitejabber.com/faq#filter. The filter isn’t perfect, but it is dynamic and always learning. If you see spam reviews slip through, please feel free to report them.
The search bar, one of the most essential features to using the site, seems to be broken when I try to find a website

Not too familiar yet with this new site for me... so gave it a three star... would have went to a four star but the comment of "cool" was not relevant for me... also their header had a grammatical error... so need to be more on top of it's proofing... that's all for now!

Why one can't login on the home page is beyond me and to need to make a long review (100 characters) just to post
Could you add other online travel booking sites, e.g. cheapoair.ca, booking.com, etc., to your list of recommended sites under the relevant category? Although most travel online booking sites do that, they all should allow the currency of the prices to be clearly marked, and perhaps selected.

Nice idea - but if you write a review and THEN register, it deletes the review.
A good review platform, but also has some drawbacks.
There are some commercial nature. I don't like this but understand.
