Sitejabber is a game-changer for online shopping. Its reassuring ratings instill confidence, especially when navigating unfamiliar websites. With its AI-driven platform, millions of buyers like myself connect seamlessly with businesses and their offerings. Sitejabber's reliability and user-friendly interface make it a true blessing in today's digital landscape. I'm grateful for its commitment to integrity and wish more platforms followed suit.
I tried to remove an old review and this site will not let you correct or change or delete it? What good are you if changes can not be made to give the real truth about some business. So now it is time for sitejabber's review. 1 star I also noticed that since I did not upload a photo of myself, Sitejabber added a photo of a female instead, what was that all about? Try fixing your problems with this site!
I had no trouble writing a review for Blinds.com. However circumstances have changed and I need to either edit or remove this review. Not only am I unable to locate the review, Sitejabber will not allow me to login, ask a question, zip. So yea, FRUSTRATED!
I have ******* views of one of my reviews apparently... but only one upvote? This dont seem right... not sure i trust this site. Also they censor numbers...
Hey Matt, while we appreciate your review activity on our site, we don’t influence whether users leave upvotes or not. We also don’t censor numbers, if you’re experiencing this please reach out to us at sayhello@sitejabber.com.
I'm only giving it two stars for the fact that it is a good site to review stuff on. However i've noticed a lot of undeserved review activity lately. The fact is that when i go to a review site i want to see what real people have to say not what botted accounts have to say. If you're looking for real reviews look somewhere else.
Tip for consumers:
Find another site for reviewing if you want someone’s personal opinion on a product
Hi Dylan, we hear your concern about bot-generated reviews. In fact, the more popular the review platform, the more it attracts fraudulent reviews – and sadly, every prominent review platform is dealing with this. Sitejabber uses sophisticated algorithms to detect patterns of fake reviews, and community members can also flag suspicious content. We appreciate your feedback and are continuously working to improve the quality and authenticity of the reviews on our platform.
Sitejabber asks questions of its reviewers things such as bust and hip size and other mostly unrelated information not necessary in a full legitamate review site.

Hi, thanks for bringing this to our attention. We apologize for the frustration this has caused. Some clothing or fashion brands may ask for this optional information in order to provide more context for customers researching their products. We have since removed these questions. Please let us know if you have any further concerns.
Too complex to complete! Why do I need to send this evaluation? Please do not send me advertising!
...until I had an experience with an actual scam website - MBenzGram.com. Trustpilot picked up on them posting a bunch of fake reviews, where they have a 2.2 star average and a warning label. On SiteJabber, the scam website has 4.35 stars and tons and tons of fake reviews that there seems to be no way to report or have taken down. Now I realize that TrustPilot is better.
Tip for consumers:
Compare to TrustPilot for the website MBenzGram.com.
Hey Ken, thanks for bringing this to our attention. This particular business does use verified review collection methods, but we will certainly have our compliance team investigate further.
What the hell Sitejabber? Why can't I read another person's reviews? I can see the first part of it, but when I click on it to try and read the rest, nothing opens up, so more than half of a person's comment is missing. So what's the fk'ing point?!
Tip for consumers:
no

In 2016, Site Jabber still requires you to create yet another marginal website account... for writing reviews! The only SSO they support is Facebook but many people don't want to use it and they give no option to support the world's largest active SSO: Google!
Bring Google SSO! It's nearly 2017 - users shouldn't be required to create marginal accounts to massage your ego! Do your part to make the web the more secure.
Hi Ananya, thanks so much for your thoughtful review. You're absolutely right we should support Google login credentials; it is currently on our development list, but I've let our development team know it has been requested, and we'll be sure to let you know as soon as it is available. Thank you!
Blocks your post when you mention a competer website.
Give blank pages when u click on their webpage links. Slow server response. WAS good about keeping negative reviews but I expect that to change as they get corrupted like most websites.
Hey there, thanks for sharing your experience. We apologize for the frustration this has caused. Can you send us more details at sayhello@sitejabber.com? We’d love the opportunity to make things right and will be waiting for your email.
I've submitted my review but have yet to see it. Pretty disappointing. I'm starting to feel like you only allow the negative reviews.
Hi Jess, it looks like you submitted the review for VarageSale.com today and it can take up to 48 hours for your review to go live on the site. If it doesn't appear soon please feel free to reach out to us directly at support@sitejabber.com
It seems Sitejabber Trusts more on Negative reviews. My several partner says. They don't allow customers positive reviews often and marked as spam and delete them. I have several business. I have created accounts on trustpilot. But I am afraid of Sitejabber really. I am still thinking about if I should create one here too or not.
The entire site is an exercise in mob rule. Also, I don't like the 100 character minimum review requirement. Sometimes less is more.
Welcome to the Inception of reviews. I'm giving this website 2 stars. A quick review of reviews makes it clear at least 1/2 of the main users don't know how to Internet. That makes most of the reviews miscategorized (reviewing a pair of socks bought on Amazon instead of Amazon itself) and totally, if hilariously, useless.
I received a message from Joy@ DHgate via your site, but when I sent the answer I thought was right, they did not receive it! When I got the same question again, I tried to answer it in a different way, only to find that I kept going around in circles & not being able to send a reply to the query. What the #%*@ am I supposed to do now?
Hi Helen, thanks for your review. I'm sorry that that company didn't respond to you. Unfortunately, not all companies are as responsive to customer concerns as they should be or SiteJabber or otherwise. If you haven't tried it already, perhaps you can reach them by email at customer-support@DHgate.com
Best of luck!
Alice
SiteJabber.com
There was a time when Sitejabber did a good job of protecting the buying public. Now the site is full of fake reviews(easy to spot, 30 words or less, and always always 5 stars). If I can see that ALL the positive reviews are Fake, what happened to the responsibility of Sitejabber? I liked the site, but it looks like GREED has taken over at Sitejabber, and now the site will post anything, even when it's painfully obvious all the positive reviews are fake. Thanking you in advance, Henry James
I would give sitejabber 1 star but I'm thinking they have an algorithm that would block it, so giving it 2 stars.
Poor site, hopefully people looking for the honest truth on businesses don't take sitejabber.com seriously.
Hi Christophe, we appreciate the opportunity to address this. Reviews are generally posted within 48 hours, but some may be flagged for further review which can take up to 30 days. To allow for full transparency, we don't prevent reviewers from leaving negative feedback. For any further concerns please reach out to us at sayhello@sitejabber.com. I was expecting for the page to have been on the website I was writing a review to, with nothing on it except "start your review", not the sitejabber website
I went on your site to review DHgate.com. After I wrote my review I hit submit and your site does not process my review. Even after the robot captcha thing, it just keeps spinning. Your system is not working!
Once you review a site on sitejabber.com you cannot re-review it. That's not helpful.
Have you frequented a business and had a bad experience only to return 4 months later and find it much better? Shouldn't they be rewarded? Maybe they've learned from their reviews on sitejabber.com? But sitejabber.com doesn't give the option for a secondary review... ridiculous!
Went to post a review, had to make an account, reply to 2 emails, and then retype the whole review again before I could post it. I'm not gonna use this site again. It's a waste of time for me.
The concept of SiteJabber is great. People get to come here and tell people about their good and bad experiences with websites, and help keep others away from scams. Sometimes people are right, but a lot of the time people are wrong. This site ATTRACTS people who are angry, who leave "drive-by" reviews, or people who have only had one interaction with a site. I've seen many people posting false information about sites, which can be quickly debunked and which I always try to debunk in my reviews if I'm making a review of that site. This site needs a better filtering system to keep scammers out and to remove reviews that are in the wrong place.
Hi Danielle, thanks so much for the feedback and your contributions to improve the community! If you see reviews that don't belong or violate any of our review guidelines, please report them and our review team can take a look. If you ever have other recommendations please email us at support@sitejabber.com. Thank you!
I tried to post a review as requested, and nothing happened when I clicked ´submit´. I also could not find a ¨contact us¨ link to ask why.
I used to have an account on here and I did a bunch of reviews. I wanted to check my reviews to see what others experiences were and my entire account and all my reviews were deleted without warning. I get no response from the administrators of the site. It's crooked and I expect this will be deleted.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused.
