I agree this company is horrible. I paid $198.84 for a dress plus expidited shipping and it got here 2 days after the event. They would not return my money. They said they would refund the expidited shipping cost and give me a $20 coupon after they convinced me to cancel my paypal complaint by saying they would give me a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a dress from this site and I thought everything was okay. It was only a few days later when I checked my bank that I noticed I'd been charged twice! So instead of 147.63, they took 295.95. That's alot of money and I haven't received my dress yet and I don't know if I will either. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that there's a positive outcome to this purchase and getting my money back but I won't hold my breath. I'd be very hesitant to use this site again. I'll post again in a few weeks and let you know whether my dress came or not.

I ordered a black & cream colored lace prom dress for my daughter's "winter formal". Once I ordered it I saw the delivery date would take at least 3 weeks I contacted the company via chat. Shirley was the correspondent that reassured me that I would have the dress by the scheduled date. Shirley was AWESOME to chat with and was very professional! She also took my daughter's exact measurement's because this is a company that actually sew together the dresses so they need more time than a typical "department store" dress. I was a bit nervous if it would come on time or if the dress would look like the picture. Not only did the dress look gorgeous it arrived 1 week after placing my initial order. I can not say enough positive things about this company. TAKE NOTE, I did the Live Chat at 11 p.m. central time because they are located in China and had NO PROBLEM getting ahold of anyone! Also the dress was beautifully sewn together. Very high quality.
