They told me that my dress was in the process of being made and was almost finished and that they could not cancel my order, and that if I canceled my order, then I would only get a quarter of what I paid, back. They were very rude. Upon receiving the dress, the package was torn and damaged on one end. I received my dress in the mail not too long ago, and even though it was beautiful, it looked cheaply made and the color was extremely off. There were rhinestones falling off in the back of the dress and It looked nothing like the picture, but like a cheap knock off. I was still happy with the appearance of the dress. The material on the dress was not sewn right and looked bunched up on the back when I laced it up. The customer service was horrible and they were extremely rude to me. I will never purchase a dress from this website again. It is good if you are looking for a dress that you want for cheap, but the website is definitely too good to be true. It looks almost as if they steal pictures of the dresses off of the designer website and then put their logo over the pictures and say they will make the dress for you, just like the picture, but for much cheaper. I am normally a US size 8 and I had to order a US size 12 in order for it to fit correctly. From now on, the dress will sit in my closet, and will never be worn again. It was a waste of time and money. Buyer beware.

Do not order from this site. They steal pictures of gorgeous dresses from other sites, post them on their site and once you order the dress, they TRY to copy it. They, however, fail miserably! DO NOT ORDER A THING FROM THIS SITE! They do not stand behind any of their products and you will get ZERO, ZILTCH, NOTHING in return. No Refunds Whatsoever!

Let me start by saying this website has a FULL refund policy. I purchased a bridesmaid dress which arrived 5 inches smaller than the size chart on their website... I couldn't even zip it! I couldn't call them because they don't have a U.S. phone number. After days of email "negotiations" I finally had to go through the PayPal resolution center to get anything done. They finally said to return the dress and they would refund me upon measuring it. Yeah, well surprise, surprise, their measurements were perfect. They are liars so now I'm not only out $100 bucks I don't even have a dress to show for it!

I ordered my dress on 8/25 and it was delivered 9/9, exactly what I wanted. This dress is gorgeous and I am extremely satisfied. I'll admit I was nervous at first, because I could find no recent reviews of the website. I wouldn't make a habit of ordering from random websites, but it worked out for me this time. Just make sure you select the correct size. If its a little big you can have it altered, but its harder to try to fit into something to small. Mine is just a little snug and I'll probably have to let it out a little.

I took my daughter shopping for a prom dress we went to several dress shop she fell in love with one the cost was $500 plus... Before compulsive buying I decided we would look for dresses via the Internet. We came across Sino Treasures... She came back to the same dress three times and I told her this is the dress you tried on at the bridal shop we compare the two pics with very slight differences it was the same dress! Sino had the dress for under $200 when the dress arrived I was quite freaked out since it showed up in a package small enough to put a throw pillow in... knowing that this was a poofy princess dress. Nothing is ever what you expected to be but this dress was gorgeous she looked like a absolute beauty queen going to prom and it was made shipped and I received it within 5 days when I explain to them her prom was in 7 days they guaranteed me the dress would be here and it fit her perfect was beautiful... I revisit the site For my daughter's wedding... I ordered a dress for my self as mother of the bride and yes it was too small had a look at the chart like I did upon purchasing her prom dress but if it perfect you have to pay attention to the size chart take the time to measure yourself before you submit your order so if you are a size 12 and you have to order a size 18 who cares so its your fault if you do not sign yourself up to their size chart

The dress was beautiful & I love that I got married in this dress and my boots. My husband & our guests LOVED this dress. I did have to get the dress altered. Which cost about 200. The dress was long and Im 5´7 so I had it shortened. I ordered a size 10 & I should have ordered an eleven. I didn´t take into consideration that American size and body charts are different than this site. However they provided enough material on the inside to let it out perfectly. And when I called there support line they were extremely helpful. This company takes pride in their product and takes care of its customers needs even after the product has left their side. This dress made our country wedding perfect!
