The food is pretty darn good. The quantity is more than I would have anticipated. For MALE it is 1400 calories a day and that sounds like starvation to me but it's really fine. Nine weeks ago I started at 307# and am down to 284# now. The program is not cheap! It is $500.00 for 4 weeks but what is the cost of bad health? This is the very first diet that has worked for me and that I know that I can stick with for quite a while. I really like that you get 2 days breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack off - just try to eat sensibly! My doctor has reduced my insulin by greater than 50% as my blood sugar was low and now it is right on target. My first goal is 260# and I'm 65 years old 6' 3" 100% disabled veteran.
I ordered meals and I did not even know I did. Please stop sending meals to J.oy or Steven Dalke immediately.thank you. Joy S Dalke

Tip for consumers:
I say try two weeks and then see what you like and don't and adjust your order. You can adjust at any time with a few days before they ship.
Creating a routine in my diet is how I lose weight and buying simply fresh had made that so simple. I found them online and it has worked for me.
I was skeptical about simplyfresh when a friend told me about it because it was by nutrisystem and I have tried their foods years ago and it was terrible. Their new simplyfresh company is so much better. I don't know if it is the delivery of fresher foods in the new container but it tastes good and I have already lost a couple pounds.
For me it is more about eating healthy than losing weight. I like simplyfresh because the foods are so healthy and I get all of my vegetables that I am supposed to eat every day. Losing weight is also a big plus for me.
I wasn't sure if the VESSEL food delivery system was just a gimmick on delivering fresh food to my door. After tasting the food, I realize this is how all food should be delivered. Those frozen foods on ice packs taste horrible compared to simply fresh.
