You really should use SimplyBusinessClass. Vitaliy has a fantastic "we'll make it work" attitude that gets results. He has gone above and beyond to help us find and change flights, even in the midst of the constantly shifting COVID restrictions. Once he even had to help me find a new flight when I was already trying to check in at the airport because the transit airport for the first airline had imposed a COVID test requirement at the last moment.
Simply Busienss class company is the worst travel agent I have ever dealt with, it's a scam they buy your tickets using old frequent flyer points. We had issues boarding flights and was told prior to boarding the tickets have not been paid for as the frequent Flyer points have been rejected and was also told we are on stand by when we paid full price. We had a holiday from hell using them. Save yourself the stress, worry and hassle and book direct with the airline.

Every flight with him has been perfect and when there is an issue no matter where you are in the world or what time it is, he resolves it.
Long haul flights for business is difficult especially when you are traveling with multiple people, but again he always finds the best fares and best services for these long haul short trip flights. I have been using him now for the last few years and to say that he has saved us ten's of thousands of dollars is a complete understatement.

Service is expeditious and an initial request is quickly followed up with a range of options. From Europe these have always included first tier carriers such as Lufthansa, Swiss and KLM. Always very attractively priced.
Staff are very competent and knowledgeable and a booking has always been made with a minimum of effort.
I have no hesitation in recommending them.
Gene was able to find me flights that fit my schedule and saved me $$ at the same time.
