I ordered a BLACK skull mania flat iron set, and received a WHITE skull mania flat iron set. And that is just the beginning of my complaint. Their website says that you will receive all orders 7-10 business days, along with a confirmation e-mail when your order is sent. Well, don't look for that e-mail, I never got one. I e-mailed them twice, and got no reply. Then, I called them twice, got their voice mail both times, again, no reply. I received my wrong product 17 days (12 business days) later. So, now, after receiving the wrong product, I have again called and got their voice mail. I have $90.00 wrapped up in this situation so far, and, will probably keep it at that. I can't imagine how long it will take to return the wrong product, to receive the correct one... or, how much money I will have to put out for return shipping. I definitely would not recommend this website for future shopping.

Ordered a hair straightener three months ago. My card was charged but I never received a shipping conformation. I emailed the site THREE times with no response before a month later I recieved a tracking number and an email saying it was shipped. I called USPS and the tracking number was fake and was not linked to any actual shipment. I contacted the site again to CANCEL my order and refund me. That was two months ago, I have not once recieved a response from them and never got the straightener or a refund. They are currently being reviewed for FRAUD. *****BUYER BEWARE****
