Best gluten free bread! It comes very fresh and whole. It keeps in the fridge or freezer for weeks. You can make an actual regular size sandwich out of it. I like mine toasted but toast is one of those things I had been missing since going gluten free. It is more expensive than Trader Joe's or Aldo's gluten free breads but so much better, it is worth the price.
I have Celiac Disease and love bread. Simple Kneads offers a excellent bread variety I have not found in stores - I look for wheat and rice free products but not grain free. When toasted this bread is very good for sandwiches and tastes as close to real rye bread as a CD person could probably get. Great with nut butter and honey as well as cheese, eggs, fish, meat and bean spreads. I order 4 loaves and keep all unopened ones in my freezer. My non-CD daughter visits on weekends and chooses it over the wheat bread my husband keeps in our freezer. I have a dedicated toaster to be safe. It's pricey but for bread-loving-me it's worth the added expense.
My only suggestion is - I would like to be able to order at least one of each variety every time even if I have to order 4 loaves.
Prices are comparable to other gluten free breads I buy in the store, but simple kneads ingredients are much better! I like how the shipping cost is included and you can pick what combination of bread type you want. I love the sour dough!

It was very easy to find what I was looking for and make my selection. What's more, the website itself is handsomely designed with high-resolution pictures and soft, earth tone colors. Please to the eye.
The online store is very easy to navigate and the bread arrived in a timely manner, although I was a little disappointed with the product. For gluten-free bread, it's not bad, tastes good toasted, but definitely room for improvement.
Simple Kneads is a great company with wonderful customer service. The post office took WAY too long to deliver the goods, so the owner offered me 50% off my next order. He didn't have to do that. Also, a portion of my current order was wrong (which is very uncharacteristic of them). So he offered me *another* 50% off my current order. First-class treatment, which I greatly appreciate! Their bread isn't bad, either. ;)
The bread is quite different from any other gluten free bread I've ever had. Although it has a descent taste, the texture is really dense. I think it was a little expensive for what I got. I'd prefer to buy only one loaf at a time rather than having to buy four.
So far I enjoying my bread. For be a GF bread it's a very soft and tasty. I will recommend your bread to my celiac friends.

The squirrels found the delivery box on my front steps before I got home so I only had 2 loaves left to try But those were delicious. Will have to figure out a different way to have delivered in the future :(

As a gluten free eater, I really miss the taste of italian bread with the outside hard crust and soft inside. Since I have not found any gluten free bread compatible to the italian bread, I did enjoy your sour dough bread but only when it was toasted. I was gaining a lot of weight using "Against the Grain" grinder bread, and again, only enjoy it when toasted. So when my niece recommended your bread thought I would try it, since the calorie intake is less and not made with cheese. If you ever find a good gluten free bread that takes exactly like italian bread, please let me know.

I was diagnosed with celiac disease 8 years ago and have been strictly gluten free ever since. Simple Kneads is a goldmine for me! Beyond thrilled with the bread and the quick delivery!
The bread was really tasty, to the point were we will probably order bread regularly.
Loaves were smaller than anticipated however they have good weight to them.
Some storage instructions/suggestions would be welcomed.
Faster shipping would also have been helpful as the time from order till delivery was almost a week.
