Easy process however we are not able to eat the bread fast enough, it molded.
I salvaged some of it and threw it in the freezer. I could not find any specifications relating to time or shelf life or freezing/defrosting instructions on the label. It is really good bread though, and I'm sure because it probably does not have many preservatives is why it molded.

Actually I love the bread because the reason it is very soft. Superb Quality and the main thing that i like most is they have a friendly staff

Great and easy shopping. I have eaten this bread and it is delicious. Nice to be able to have toast and jam with my coffee, and a sandwich for lunch. I am happy with this product and will order again when ready.

I was very glad to see that there is a product out there that gives consumers a gluten-free product. I also liked how the packaging came and how fresh they were. Looking forward to having more gluten-free bread loaves in the future.

Easy order process, fabulous breads and quick delivery! We love this bread, it's got clean ingredients, it's gluten-free and delicious. It's the only bread we buy now - no more processed "shelf-stable" breads for us!

I enjoy simplekneads bread very much. If I didn't know better I would not believe that it is gluten free. The slices are a good size and very delicious! There are four different choices for the bread. I toast mine but you really don't need to.
Customer service is friendly and very helpful.
Try it! I am glad I found them as I get tired of smoothies all the time.

I was excited to find these but the price is a little steep to make this a regular delivery for my family, unfortunately.
I love the breads but do wish the Quinoa and Pumpkinickel had more of those ingredients throughout them instead of just a few scattered on the top. And the Pumpkinickel needs lots more rye seeds as well!
They are moist and satisfying though and seems like a real quality company.

Great bread! I use it to make toast for breakfast. I tried Tristan's skillet method, and now I am a convert. A little brush of avocado oil and a little heat yields a heavenly treat. These breads are so superior to the other gf breads I have tried, I no longer think of them as such. They are specialty breads. Thanks, JK

Order was easy online and was happy to get a promo to reduce price. The pumpernickel bread is very good altho' I wish it had more caraway seeds. I miss rye bread very much. Makes great toast and I like that the loaves arrive sliced. It freezes well too!

I make artisan sourdough, your product isn't even close to tasting like the real deal. The bread is like the older versions of gf bread. Not impressed.Keep trying. You need crunchy crust and sourdough flavor with white dough not dark colored bread. That is more like pumpernickel, which we haven't tried yet. Sorry, but that's the truth.

My family LOVES the quality of their bread, we lean towards the quinoa, but have tried the others as well and you can't go wrong! Service is always quick and responsive. Of you're gluten-free this bread will amaze you!

Love your bread; always look forward to receiving it quickly. It seems you had fulfillment issues since it took 10 days from order to delivery. I hope delivery won't continue be that long. I do love your bread!

Well, I first want to say that I love the concept!
Unfortunately, the sourdough taste nothing like sourdough.
Love the clean ingredients, but if I'm going to eat gluten-free bread, I have had better tasting.
So basically I paid for 4 loaves of bread that I do not enjoy.
But maybe you guys will do some improvements.

Great experience. Just one thing-There is no actual ingredient info. With multiple food sensitivities, I have to make a purchase to find out if I can eat the bread. Truly hope I can. I am missing bread!

My bread got to me quickly and it is so good. I missed sandwiches and toast and now I just throw these in the fridge and have a sandwich whenever I want. The plus is the yumminess. There are lots of GF options out there, but this one is the best, freshest i have had, aside from a bakery.
