It was convenient, affordable and incredibly simple to renew my certification. Would HIGHLY recommend this to my colleagues!

It was a good course, being a nurse for 30 yrs not much has changed. It was quick and easy. However if you are a healthcare provider, do not waste your time or money taking this course as my employer would not except this. Because I work at a hospital which they do provide CPR training but because of a vacation I'm going on , dates and times did not work. So, it is not a Red Cross, or Heart association approved program and it must be for my hospital to except.

I wanted to sit down, pay and get this done; I work in a group home. The form would not accept the Chrome Auto fill. I had to contact your support desk and fiddle around with filling out basic information . Finally got it right. If billing info is same as first address, it should be fine to click check mark, not have to fill it all in again. Time is of the essence.....

Overall, I found the course excellent. I was a little frustrated at first with the signing on, as explained above.

I have an extremely busy life and was so happy to find an AHA certification course that I could take online and complete in the middle of the night while my kids are sleeping with the same result of becoming certified that I have not had the time to do when it comes to trying to schedule/set aside a four hour period of the day to go in person. Thank you

I work shift work as a nurse and it's extremely hard to find time to even renew something I am already knowledgeable in. SimpleCPR gave me the freedom to participate and renew my CPR/First Aid credentials online at my own pace. It was perfect! I didn't have to waste a weekend sitting in class for 4-8 hours, instead I did my recertification on my lunch break. It's my first time doing this online but it definitely won't be my last. I'll especially recommend this option to ALL my colleagues!

The course was clearly structured and easy to understand. Highly recommended. I had a minor issue with printing out my card after completion but that was just a technical complication, promptly resolved by customer service.

Excellent, especially as a review. I think I'd still recommend the hands on type of course for beginners; especially those in health care jobs.

I need to redo my CPR and I have taken this course several times before, love the availability to do it on my time and not having to go to a 3 to 4 hour class. I was a fireman 15 years ago & worked in an ER 20 years ago so I did not really want to take a 4 or 8 hr class just to be certificated to become my wife's caretaker. I liked that I could take the Adult CPR & 1st Aid classes & the tests online. I did not have to drive someplace for the class. I did all 4 classes & 4 tests in 20 mins, then printed out my card. Very Easy.

I found it was so much easier to do the course on line in the comfort of my own home and when I had the time to do. I was ready, not stressed, had the house quiet and I just really enjoyed the experience. I felt actually that I learned better because I wasn't side tracked by others in the room or by things I should be doing. I could just focus and read and I retained it all. Sometimes a class course can be intimidating but the online experience was really nice and easy to follow directions.

Using SimpleCPR was great. Fits my lifestyle of having no extra time to attend classes so having an option like SimpleCPR is amazing. Knowing that it is internationally recognized was important to me too as I live in Canada. It was easy to use, but provided a ton of pertinent information. I did my Health Care BLS and First Aid. The website was easy to navigate and it explained the courses very well. There were no surprises and I loved the short but informative videos followed by the exam. I think simple cpr is an excellent resource for anyone who has already recieved training once before in person. I have taken CPR in class so I know what it feels like to actually give compressions on a dummy. So that's valuable.

Great course, I would recommend to any one looking to get there CPR online, this has all you need, it is quick and simple.

My comments would be that the course of simple, direct and to the point of what information is relevant to know in cases of an emergency. also so that i worry it was too simple but not sure what else i need to know and how 2 days courses fill the time and with what info that your to the point course took me only 90min x 2.

my life is very busy and time very valuable, as are most people's and two days to spend on a first aid and cpr course is a bit ridiculous. thank you for offering this simplified version
