The course was quick, and easy. Although, I found some information in the section about choking outdated, which makes me wonder if my company will accept the course or not. The tests, also aren't changed up. You could basically just repeat the same test over and over again, guessing until you find the right answer. They definitely should have a mix of up tests to check you were paying attention. Will update if my company doesn't accept, or any additional charges that others have mentioned appear.

This course is definitely quick and straight to the point. I felt that it needed a module on bandages, dressings, and eye care. This should be added. Be sure as well that this certificate is acceptable at your place of employment especially if you live in another country because though it is accepted world wide as they say, it is not accepted by every one.

After finishing, I thought there would have been more in regards to first aid. When you take in classroom setting it takes a lot longer and more involved. But overall very good.

When I went to terms and agreement them back to my order there were a few glitches. The information was good and useful. I learned a few things I did not know before. It was not as in depth as I thought it would be. When I have taken in class recertification it took longer but provided more information on what to do in emergency situations. They talked about heart attacks, strokes, wounds, broken bones, and more. It was very efficient and convenient.

I don't agree with your advice to induce vomiting in the case of swallowing a poison. My training until now has always been to call Poison Control and follow instructions but your simple direction to induce vomiting, particularly if a caustic product was ingested, may do more harm. The aid to give will depend on the poison swallowed. Right?

I'm nervous that this won't work for my job in Canada, but I am trusting the website and hope it works out!

I appreciate how up front you are about the cost. I would like to see a membership offer that gives a reduced rate in subsequent years (instead of lifetime add-on).

Easy to order, but your email said you get a 10% discount. When I entered 10%OFF, it did not accept it.

Few technical issues like having to request help to change my last name and the computer glitch. But otherwise great and convenient overall.

Server did not respond in the middle of Adult CPR exam. Slow on loading. Had to reboot/reconnect to complete.

This was a great course for someone who has taken hands on courses as many times as I have! A great refresher!
Covers all the basics and prepared me for the next two years in my profession working with young children.

It is a good alternative and more cost effective then the normal 2 day training that I would have done if I wasn't told about this site.

Email said 10% off entire order but was only on the course not the membership. Maybe you should reword it so there isn't any further confusion.

GREAT alternative to taking a course. I can complete it on my own time, and I feel prepared. Sometimes I had to refresh or reopen my browser to get the video to play properly, otherwise amazing experience.

The information was presented in a concise manner, with a minimum of extraneous material, while still presenting all of the important points.

Paypal icon would not open for me. Course was well designed. Testing was designed to teach...no penalties.

The course was great but I didn't like that I had to keep pushing next. I wish it would have just played all the slides once I hit play.

It was convenient for me as I was able to finish it on my own time. It is an opportunity to do it at home and complete it in a short period of time.

Loved the course BUT it was very annoying having to press next after each mini-video. It would have been better had it just played through each section.

Before purchasing, the website does not describe how I would begin the training process. It does not explain "next steps" after purchasing.

If you could please make the webpage headers on the exam pages smaller so that the user doesn't have to scroll down to the question every time we click forward to the next page that would be really helpful.

I have already been certified in First Aid and CPR, and this course was for a re-certification. I was very satisfied with the course.
