It was convenient, affordable and incredibly simple to renew my certification. Would HIGHLY recommend this to my colleagues!
CAUTION: Their website claims that their training is accepted in all Canadian Provinces. Okay, by WHO? Not by regulators in Ontario. See link: https://www.wsib.ca/en/providers-approved-deliver-emergency-and-standard-first-aid Nor, by any other Ministries of Labour in Canada that govern first aid certification for the workplace. Don't believe me... look it up in your own province. Buyer beware!
Cant update address info no matter how many times or places I edit it in. Very frustrating. Especially if I wanted to pay for something to be mailed to me....
Called several times to get help, first reply was great, second time I was hung up on and had to call back. PLEASE improve the was the course is implemented. I am a company and ran out of "courses" but had no way to know, couldn't get in and had to call the second time, and as I said was hung up on, and had to call back. The whole process too way to much time, I was paying these employees to watch me get this program to work.
Your marketing email said that once I logged into my account there would be a very clear link to "purchase additional courses" , but there was not.
Wish I didn't have to purchase this twice, didn't realize you could only renew every other year. My certification requires annual recertification.
The customer service on Live Chat with Lexi was great! The lack of stars is just because I had my access denied for about an hour when trying to book a course and needed to do it urgently.
I had an issue with clicking on the answer and when I completed the exam my answers were changed. Other than that issue, it was a pleasant experience.
I was good. However, I am still waiting for a card from the mail. I was told upon completion, I would get one. thank you.
My experience was great I just didn't know that my job would not accept it so I feel I wasted my $20.00.
Be nice if the website focused to the place you were last instead of going to the top of the page. For example, after adding a new user, go back to the list of users, not Top.
It was easy and fast. If you failed the test once. It will let you retake the test again until you passed.
Two things: the audio was too slow, if every page had captioning and you had a choice to read or listen, it would be great. The second thing is the banner (side to side with four barefoot lifeguard people standing around) that's on every.single.page. it was scroll down click, scroll, click, scroll, click. If the banner wasn't there, it would have been more convenient. I was on a laptop and only had the mousepad to use
iT HAS BEEN TAKING TOO LONG TO GET ANY FURTHER INFORMATION, I HAVE BEEN TRYING SINCE YESTERDAY TO DO THIS CROUSE.
The chat box kept popping up while I was trying to enter my payment information. Very frustrating. Caused me to have to reenter tons of data multiple times. Need to have a way to "X" out the chat tab.
Course was good. CPR for child/infant- one of the questions answered correctly but test recorded it as incorrect. Tried 3 times- test only passed by marking incorrect answer.
For the lifetime free certifications you should note it's $19.95 in addition to the $19.95 for one certification.
It was difficult to find the course initially but someone emailed me right away and gave me the proper link. Once on the site it was easy to navigate. I had a couple of questions and your Live Support 'Gabriella' never responded.
Site was slow, or timed-out frequently. Could not find proof of AHA or OSA accreditation on website.
The e-mail I recieved did not give clear directions regarding recertification. It took me over 30 minutes to figure out, by clicking from one dead end to another, to get to be able to take my recertification. Essentially I ended up going about selecting my course as if I was signing on and selecting my course for the first time!
I really enjoyed the course online.,, it definitely gave me a refresher on the things I might've forgotten!! It was detailed and straight to the point.,!!! I didn't print out a receipt of what I paid for can you send me an invoice in the mail please.,,??
when I took my initial course, I was told first aid was included in the course along with CPR and AED. After receiving my card with no first aid on there, I called and they had no record of me taking the class with first aid. So I had to pay again, separately and retake the first aid course in order to get my certification.
Chat opened as soon as I started to enter my credit card number. This made me feel uncomfortable about my security
it took me so long to do because my internet sucked or your website it kept freezing and kicking me out.
I was under the impression that the product was accepted for government agencies in all Canadian Provence's. However when I applied for a certification using my certification received though your company I was denied because it was not recognized.
I've taken CPR courses several times so this was a refresher for me and totally fine and convenient.
However, I don't think this is an adequate training for someone's never before certified.
I received an email telling me that my certification was about to expire. The e-mail gave me directions on how to renew my certification, none of which matched your website.
