It was simple and easy to use and understand. Would recommend it to anyone. The only other thing I would say is it would be nice to ha e a printable copy of course.

Loved the course BUT it was very annoying having to press next after each mini-video. It would have been better had it just played through each section.

This course is definitely quick and straight to the point. I felt that it needed a module on bandages, dressings, and eye care. This should be added. Be sure as well that this certificate is acceptable at your place of employment especially if you live in another country because though it is accepted world wide as they say, it is not accepted by every one.

Before purchasing, the website does not describe how I would begin the training process. It does not explain "next steps" after purchasing.

The website was easy to navigate and it explained the courses very well. There were no surprises and I loved the short but informative videos followed by the exam. It was a painless, wonderful and convenient way to receive my CPR/First Aid certification. I would highly recommend this site to friends and family. Thank you.

A great course that covers all the basic information needed to treat victims of injury, heart attack, stroke, seizure, etc. It is quick and easy to complete and the course videos were very well done.
