Very good experience. Items were packaged well and actually arrived a day earlier than expected. The quality of items as well as cost was great! The only thing that was not great was, having sold out items showing. Had to keep going to another page. I still will purchase again from the company. And lastly, communication was good too.
I placed an order for my wife and was then belittled on the live sale for being a man buying Bath & Body products. The male seller was making fun of me, basically calling me metrosexual or gay. I tried to cancel my order because I don't stand for that treatment at all, but definitely not going to support this behavior with my money. I was muted and blocked. Will donate the goods if and when I receive them. If it wasn't so time consuming I would dispute the charges.

As I said in the title it was beyond superb customer service and I've never had such fast shipping anywhere from any company that I buy from which is alot LOL they were wrapped wonderfully they arrived fast and in one piece and the value that simple treasures offers cannot be beat I don't know how they do with that inexpensive but I'm sure glad they do for us the customers 🌷🐦
