Very good experience. Items were packaged well and actually arrived a day earlier than expected. The quality of items as well as cost was great! The only thing that was not great was, having sold out items showing. Had to keep going to another page. I still will purchase again from the company. And lastly, communication was good too.

I recently placed an order and it was packaged on her live video. She announced my name and where I live on the her live stream. That was upsetting enough, but then she proceeded to stuff all my products into one package. She then tossed it to her roommate, who was picking his toes. The incident was disgusting. I couldn't even open the package and threw it away. The thought of his dirty feet touching it nauseated me.
This owner goes live to sell products. Her friend John sits on a couch berating customers if they only order one item. When customers asks why he tells them "to go f**k themselves." Constant fighting. Her friend was on the live on camera reaching in his shorts touching himself. They are disgusting.
I haven't purchased anything from this "company." First of all, they ship flammable liquids illegally. Secondly, on the lives, they offend every group of people you can imagine- from LGBTQ ("I'd wonder about a man at the makeup counter or going in Victoria's Secret",) to racial slurs (mocking Asian accents) to stereotypes about what African Americans drink or eat or their skin conditions, to repeating over and over and over X 1000 that nobody would buy a delicious smelling candle because it has a Jewish star on the label. If you speak up about any of this, they will block you. Also, they have laughed about victims of serious crimes and tragedies. Avoid!
The "owner" Wendy just told a customer to Go F themselves on a live. Why would anyone buy from them is beyond me.
You know perfectly well why I would say such a thing. You also know that it wasn’t to a customer it was to a troll much like yourself. When you can put your real name on a review that’s when the review will be taken seriously.
This business is completely without ethics. She and her boyfriend just declared that if you are unhappy with her products that you should return them to Bath & Body Works, as she does not offer returns. She laughed at the idea that her suggestion was unethical. This is not the type of unethical, scamming, crooked business I would want to support. I urge people to think about where you are spending your money. A quick google search will tell you just how untrustworthy this business is.

Wendy and Jon are rude. They pressure you to buy it and constantly tell you to add more to your cart. Jon continues to be little buying customers and make racial slurs.
If you value customer service this is not the place to give your money too. I was charged $20 in shipping for my 6 liquid items to be stuffed in a mailer not wrapped. Upon opening the products I noticed the shower gel and lotion lid were lose and leaked on all my products. I didn't take pics because you couldn't see the liquid covered on the products and I went straight to washing it all off. I in no way was messaging this company privately because I have seen past interactions that were so great. Today on her live I mentioned about the products after seeing her stuff liquid items unwrapped into a mailer. I was just letting her know what happened and wanted nothing back. Her attitude and response were unprofessional and keep saying I had no order number and was lying. I provided the order number several times until she finally looked it up and proceeded to dox my information on her live as well as blocking me. I have contacted my local police department and filed a report in hopes to protect her future customers. When you charge people $20 in shipping they expect a properly wrapped product.
I purchased a perfume from this seller via a TikTok live. I had questions about alternate items and was continually muted, which showed me that my patronage was of no value to the business owner. I reached out, privately, to discuss with the business owner, only to be mocked in a later live by the obnoxious boyfriend, mocking that I said I would buy other items, but I had been blocked and calling me a liar. I would absolutely never do business with this person again. The product was fine - but I could purchase it from the store without the drama. I absolutely could not believe the level of disrespect and total lack of professionalism. Supporting this business is supporting a hateful woman and her racist, homophobia, misogynist boyfriend.

Owner is very nasty and when you try to address something she deletes your comment. My friend received makeup that was old and used. Do yourself a favor and get it from Bath and body works. They are unprofessional and very rude. They lied and said it was shipped out one day but didn't actually ship it out until days later. I regret ordering from them and wish I could get a refund but they advised me and their viewers on tik tok that it's a case by case basis and it has to have something wrong with it to get a refund. I hope they lose the privilege to sell things online due to their unprofessionalism and hate I and many other people feel from both Wendy and John.
I am sorry that you did understand when it clearly stated that your order wouldn’t be shipped until Thursday when you ordered. Refunds are done on a case by case basis and one can not be issued after the order has been shipped.
I had bought from Simple Treasures to support a small business, as I could get the items just as easily myself. Below I gave them a five star rating, until today. I do not like BBW products outside of hand sanitizer, so I was buying VS perfume. I had bought all the scents I wanted. In fact, I had dm'ed Wendy for Tease Creme Cloud. She stated she could not get it, which is fair. I had not been buying, nor should I have to buy every time, as I did not need the current products being offered. Today the owner's bf made a comment on their live about me not buying and not liking the name "Brigitte" anyway. People were stating how rude it was as I have bought a lot and defended them. Wendy then said to the bf "I guess Brigitte is offended". The bf said "block her, we do not need her". Wendy tried to play it off and said I had bought a lot and defended them. He said he wasn't playing…meaning block me. Is this how you treat customers who spend their money they work for on items and brand merchandise from your business? I guess you don't need the money I have spent…you have lost a loyal customer.

Both Wendy and Jon are extremely rude and Jon constantly belittles customer in the lives. Jon also uses derogatory words towards women and Wendy allows it.
I ordered from this business to support the owner and then was muted by one of her moderators on a live sale for saying "yes". Then the owner proceeded to yell at me for trying to tell her what happened and muted me again. Will never support this business again. The same thing happen to many other customers the same day.

Did you seriously charge and sell people tealights that's are suppose be green and it completely brown no scent when light to see if had scent. What a waste you should have known to NOT sell item when your pic is correct color and the item isn't! So I placed an order on the website… it was a Sunday. Fine. I reached out to the seller midweek thats says they never received my text after I told them if you can't ship I'll have my bank refund it. She says it'll be shipped out Friday. Well, it's Friday evening and no order shipped out. I reached the seller and they yelled at me through fb messenger and said "that's it! I'm refunding your money now! I don't need you threatening me! It takes 5 business days to ship. Oh really now?! I looked everywhere AGAIN for the shipping time and didn't see it! Then proceeds to tell me that if I can't wait I can order elsewhere… and she refunded my money i so "desperately" needed. You don't YELL at your customers like that! If you were a consumer with a wonky looking website you'd be VERY Leary too. Just save your hard earned money and purchase through the company that is selling the product you want…
Policy states 3 days shipping. After several messages threatening to have the bank refund which would cause a service charge I decided it was best to refund the money and keep the package that had been packed today.

This business owner does not care about their customers at all. I have made three total purchases from here. Two small ones where they deceptively earned my trust, and then one very large one. My package arrived torn open with two items having leaked all over everything else, and SEVEN items missing entirely. I first attempted to contact the business owner via email, received no response for a week (two additional follow up emails were sent by me during this time). I panicked and reached out to the admin of the selling group where I first saw the business and she directed me to the seller's personal facebook. I sent another message here which went completely unanswered. Panicking further, I went back to the website and attempted to reach out via the "text" option. I finally received a response here (this was 7 days after my initial contact and now only 2 days before Christmas - some of these items were intended as gifts). My prior attempts at contact were completely dismissed with an excuse about having an email that deletes messages and photo evidence was requested. I had already provided all of this in the emails that I had sent previously, but I resent it all nevertheless. I was offered a refund for the 7 missing items and one of the damaged items. When I reminded them of the second damaged item, that was refunded as well, but they absolutely refused to refund the $15 shipping charge. I NEVER would have made this purchase if I had known that I would be paying so much in shipping for so few items. I made this very clear to the person I was speaking with. They took ABSOLUTELY ZERO responsibility and pawned all of the blame off on USPS. This might have been reasonable had the package been packed exceptionally well, but it was NOT. There was absolutely no protective packaging outside of a small plastic bag that contained a pocketbac holder and some car scents. The remaining items were completely unprotected, not even tape to hold the seals. There was one other item that had been "adjusted" for shipping and this was a hand soap, which had just been wrapped in saran wrap. This very hand soap being one of the leaking items, arriving to me more than half empty, and coating everything else in the package with soap. The business made it very clear that keeping me as a customer was not of any importance to them. Please spend your money elsewhere. These people are awful. Even in my very small scale sales, I would NEVER dream of punishing a REPEAT customer with a shipping charge when they clearly did not receive what they had ordered, so that tells me really all I need to know about what kind of people they are here. I was very polite and provided everything they would need to file their claim too. I've attached screenshots of the relevant parts of my text conversation as well as photos from the shipment (the photos of the in tact items are after I've reattached lids that had come off and are intended to depict the soap scum all over everything as well as the terrible shape the wax melts arrived in due to the lack of packing supplies).

Shop somewhere else. Don't let the cheap prices lure you in.
I just recently recieved my package, first let me just say I had to wait a whole 2 weeks for it to show up :( I finally recieved it 2 days ago, & I'm not a happy camper! As much money I put in towards buying what I want for a cheaper price is an understatement! Bought 8 items not thinking anything bad was going to happen, cause any other time it would be perfect & I would recieve everything, but NO! I First my package was tampered with, (I had photos for proof) then not only did someone mess with it but also I was missing 2 items in it, btw my body wash was punctured & it was half way. Contacted Wendy & she stated that I needed to send pics so I did just that, waited for 2 days for a response & no answer! I asked for my refund on numerous of times prior to this order, & she finally emailed me back saying I can't get my refund! So I'm like WTF? Talking about she knows how she taped it up & my pics doesn't show enough proof that it has been tempered with. Which is straight Bull! Remind you: She stated that without pics I can't get a refund... I did & I still didn't get my money back. I refuse to let them keep the money & run with it, btw this package was supposed to be a gift for my daughter's birthday! So not only did I waste a good amount of time and money, but she took my money & totally spit in my face to tell me I can't get a damn refund!
8 Items shipped to U. K. In an envelope with no extra packaging/bubble wrap - hence 5 of the items are broken (pumps on soaps unable to work!) scratched and dented - I'd purchased to give as gifts, now can't - waste of money as very poor packaging does not give safe postage.
So disappointed.
If you are buying from the uk, be aware that you're item may not arrive! This is what happened to me so I tried to get in touch but I had no reply. I've lost count how many messages and emails I have sent! And still 5 months later there is no reply! Absolutely terrible service. £25 down the drain! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
