Bought the linerbond system and lashes, they were way too hard to use and even messier and more frustrating than regular lash glue for 10x the price. I decided to take advantage of the 30 day free refund so I emailed customer service asking, and was given 'tips and tricks' instead. After emailing again asking specifically for the refund, they reluctantly gave me the information, which I followed to a T to return the items. I picked a courier system that had tracking info, I mailed it to precisely the address they specified and have receipts to back it up, and even emailed them the tracking number so they could follow the package as well.
3-5 business days passes, no refund. I email asking what's up, and I'm told that the warehouse didn't inform them they'd received my package and they'd follow up with me within 24-48 hours.
48 hours passes, still radio silence. I email them again, and now they're not returning my emails.
By far the worst place I've ever dealt with in my life!
I am now convinced they're trying to steal my money and keep it and now I'm left with no product and no money either.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Lash glue is more worth it!

It seems that possibly Silly George sinks a lot of money into advertising. The lashes are just okay. Nothing special or unique or different from what you'd get from Amazon or Wal-Mart. Their glue is absolutely horrible. Using more does not help the lashes to stick. Using less does not help the lashes to stick. Ensuring that there is not a tiniest trace of oil on the skin does not help.
A big "no"! The cute names are hardly worth the $40 markup from what you'd get in a multi-pack on Amazon or Wal-mart. Really disappointed that I fell for the okie-doke.
Like so many other subpar products, it seems that Silly George is looking make as much as they can before people learn that their products are uniquely terrible.
I won't include pics of the ever-larger line of adhesive I drew trying to get the lashes to stick for more than an hour or two and the lifted lashes. Very disappointing.

I fell for the magnetic lashes and as the adage goes, if it's too good to be true...
The lashes are thick and rigid, the magnetic strips are the same and fall off extremely easily. The presentation was a red flag as soon as it arrived, unbranded and plain.
Yes I can put them on properly but the end result is not worth your money or mascara.
Their Facebook site also removes all negative comments and blocks you.

I placed an order with this company because they had good comments on their fb page from happy customers. I ordered a pre sale product that I didn't notice was pre sale so I didn't get them in time for a special occasion. That was my fault. But I never received any updates by email so from time to time I would message them for an update. Every time they were still waiting. Ok fine I waited. Then they said when the item would shipped out. It didn't. Then I messaged again and they said the item was delayed. So at this point a month later I'm frustrated because the item still hasn't shipped by the date they told me. So I complained about the wait and told them what an inconvenience it had been. The customer service rep Teresa was so condescending. She spoke down to me and even mocked me in her return message by basically saying how she's sorry I was inconvenienced for my lash emergency and since I was upset she cancelled my order and sent me a refund. I told her several times that since I had already waited this long that I would rather wait on my order but no. Since I complained about the delay and her bad customer service she cancelled my order anyways with out my permission because they didn't want to risk me getting my order and still being unhappy and ask for a refund. It was the most ridiculous customer service interaction I have ever had. If I could give zero stars I would for bad customer service and also never receiving my order because they took it upon themselves to cancel it. It's extremely rare for me to ever complain about anything I've ordered and I do all of my shopping online but I've never received customer service this bad before. Also if you read any other negative reviews pay attention to what the company says inTheir reply. They sneak in little digs when they can because again bad customer service. Unbelievable!

The magnetic eyelashes sounds to be good to be true... and it is. I purchased these and for 3 months, I couldn't get these lashes to sit correctly on my lashes. They are harsh on my lashes too, sometimes I've lost my natural lash taking these off. They are impossible to put on and it doesn't matter how patiently you try. People who claim to have got them on must have had professional make up artists to put them on for them.

These eyelashes are impossible to put. I have a steady hand and am good at putting on fake eyelashes but these are impossible. I believe there reviews are fake because when I tried to log to the website to put an honest review the site says my email is not recognised respite the fact that they still send me emails!
